So I’ve been to this McDonald’s multiple times now… Either they forget something food wise or they don’t listen at all on the mics. I said hot sauce I was given mild and then bitched at by someone I bought the food for all because someone that wasn’t me didn’t listen or hear what was asked or said on the mic. Do your job right. If your gonna work at the window listen carefully to what the customer says. And try double checking bags before they leave the kitchen or window. Thank you I’ve said my peace. Very disappointed in the McDonald’s.

Boyfriend and I came here on the 21st which was this previous Saturday. We ordered via kiosk and sat down just to wait 20+ minutes for a cold meal and one of my boyfriends burgers had pickles when he asked for no pickles. The food was still edible and even if we had complained it would’ve taken even longer.

I usually don’t post positive about fast food places, but this one is different. Love the Kiosk! I can finally take my time to pick out the food options that I want. The staff is the friendliest I have seen at a McDonald’s. Thanks for the great experience!

Wow. I walked in with my kids and my son immediately asked for grimace. The very nice young lady working the front counter heard him ask for him and out of the kindness of her heart, she drew a picture of grimace on receipt paper, and taped it to his happy meal. He was so happy. I was beyond amazed. She made the visit to McDonald’s more than just a visit to get fast food. She made it an experience to remember. I wish I had caught her name! She was awesome and we will be back to see her again!

Absolutely Horrible Experience

I’ve never had a worse experience at a McDonald’s. After placing my order, I waited 30 minutes with no update. When I finally went to the counter to ask about my food, the “manager” felt the need to tell me it was her first day—as if that excuses the rest of the staff, who were not new, from completely ignoring their jobs.

I waited another 10 minutes, asked again, and got the same excuse. After 45 minutes, I finally received my food and every single item was cold and clearly had been sitting out for a long time. Completely unacceptable.

When I asked for a refund, an employee in a Grinch costume became rude and borderline forceful. The lack of professionalism in this store is shocking. This manager needs to go, and actual adults need to be put in charge.

Let’s not forget the fact that the menus have been down for over TWO months. This entire establishment is an embarrassment. The way they treated customers—not just me—was awful.

Here’s a reminder for the staff: the customer is the reason you have a job. Without customers, there is no job.

I decided to give the new Noble McDonald’s a shake and see how I liked it compared to the highway nine location and I gotta tell ya, it was a little more than disappointing.
Just placing my order with the dumb kiosks they have and not being able to talk to a person was really a bad experience and frustrating. To top it off I pushed the assistance button on the kiosk and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to come out to the counter where I had been standing just watching the staff pretend like they didn’t see me.
Once I finally got my order placed and paid for I waited for an additional 20 minutes to receive old, stone cold fries and they forgot to give me my drink. The saving grace was the young man who seemed to be the only employee willing to interact with customers promptly replaced my cold, old and stale fries that were so bad I think they might have been several hours old with new fresh hot fries. He was he very nice and helpful and I appreciated that. I also am pretty sure they got my burger order wrong. I ordered a 1/4 lb deluxe and was brought a cheeseburger that looked like it was a jr. I didn’t bother to tell them as I was starving at this point so I just ate what I was brought. The burger that was smothered in sloppy mayo and was a mess when I opened the box. I just had the same cheeseburger at an Okc location and it was literally twice the size of the sandwich I received at the Noble location so that too was really disappointing.
There is nothing in the lobby a customer could help themselves to like straws, napkins, condiments or a drink station which is really unlikable at a fast food restaurant where getting a staff member’s attention for something as basic as ketchup could mean you are standing at a counter for ten minutes waiting for someone to come help you. All in all I would say this experience really helped me understand why McDonald’s is losing customers and business at a rapid pace. It was just not good. I wanted to like it but the cold, impersonal kiosk ordering experience paired with the lack of staff to help you and the minimalist lobby and the low quality of the food after such a long wait along with my order being wrong really helped culminate in an overall very poor experience.

My food was late to be given and I had to wait almost two hours for my food. Apparently by my dasher, the door was LOCKED so he couldn’t access my food almost two hours before closing time.. my fries were cold and stale and my burger was sloppily put together like it was just quickly thrown together. I would not recommend going to this store unless having time to WASTE.

Gave this location another chance yesterday but once again they didn’t give me my drink then when I told them I didn’t have my drink they took forever to make it but they did give me two free item coupons so I was going to let it go but this morning I went through the drive thru with the goal of using my free apple pie reward from monopoly pieces that has to be used by later this month. Well they didn’t have any apple pies and now my reward says it isn’t available. Wish a Braum’s or a Chic fil a put here instead of McDonald’s because whoever is running this location is doing a terrible or job! I’m over it. McDonald’s cannot get it together.

This location is 23 miles from my home. I took my toddler for lunch Saturday while working. They were packed, cars were bumper to bumper. I keep telling my teenagers to give it a chance. Well they need major changes to improve. The attitude of the atmosphere is as if they are just there. No smiles no greeting no emotion. The food however was COLD I’m not sure what the issue is but bumper to bumper cars at 2pm the fries should be at least warm and they were cold cold, the nuggets in the kids meal and the bag were cold and rubbery as if they’d been on a counter for a while. We received 1 sweet and sour sauce for 12 nuggets and the burger was warm. I was sick the rest of the day and my son didn’t act like he felt good.
