Received about half of my fries. Gave me a medium container that was half full. Checked the bottom of the bag assuming they spilled and NOPE! That’s just all they gave me. Ordered Buffalo Sauce and Honey Packet for sauce and received BBQ and Honey Mustard. Staff was too busy talking to their friends to pay attention to what they were doing.

Was given the wrong food . Called back and talked with the manager it was a woman hopefully I can edit and add her name today. She was rude hateful and said I will give you a 4 piece mc nugget when my order was for over 15 bucks for me and my wife . If your going to check all the items as if they are there in a doordash order, MAKE SURE THE ITEMS ARE ACTUALLY THERE. Paid the doordash mark up and tip to only get watered down drinks. TERRIBLE AND NO EXCUSE.

I waited 45 mins in the drive through. Ten of those minutes were at the window waiting to pay. I get to the other window, and they don’t know where my order is. They have three for the cars behind me, but not mine. I pull up and wait, again. I finally get my food. The fries were in the bag upside down and the order was incorrect. I understand being busy. But this was just unreal. The drive though is for convenience, I should not have to wait that long and pay for incorrect food. Please staff your stores better.

Drive thru line was unreasonably backed up for 2pm on a Wednesday. Fries were old and cold and the one saving grace could have been the Diet Coke, however they gave me a Dr Pepper. So disappointing!!

Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a large fry and a large sweet tea. Also A s’mores McFlurry. Got a medium fries instead of a large. Had to remind them I got a McFlurry. Showed them my receipt and she couldn’t even find it I had to show her where it was on there. When I got the McFlurry it wasn’t even S’mores. It was Oreo….. missing some money here.

Placed an online order. Pulled to menu box and was greeted with “we are short handed, please be patient” Didn’t even get the chance to say it was just a pick up order. After waiting 8 minutes and watching the other lane take the order of 5 cars that pulled up after me, I said “hello?” and told once again to be patient. This isn’t the first time that it’s happened. If I hadn’t already paid online, I would have went to Burger King. At least their ice cream machine works.

Bought hot chocolate online. Went to pick up but the machine was being cleaned with a 15 minute wait. I told them to cancel. I was told by the manager it could not be canceled. They had already charged my card even though I had never received the hot chocolate. Totally unacceptable.

The girl in the drive-through was so dumb she couldn’t even ring up a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. She literally told me twice through the drive-through that I was trying to order a lunch item and they were on the breakfast menu. I slowly repeated myself twice to make sure she was hearing me that I was saying that I wanted a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin but after the third time of her saying, I’m sorry, sir we’re not serving lunch. I drove off. I couldn’t even make this up if I wanted to and it’s on my dash cam
