I should have gotten the name of the male Assistant Manager who was working at approximately 1:00 PM on Monday, 1/12/26 for he absolutely touched my spirit with compassion, kindness, and a servant’s heart. All customers, whether homeless or not, were treated with perfect dignity and respect by the Assistant Manager. He was especially kind to those who were spending their nights on the cold streets. I have never witnessed such wonderful behavior by a restaurant employee in my life. That just goes to show you how one man can expertly run a well-oiled restaurant with an amazing heart to match his business acumen. Thank you, good sir, for being so beautiful to others .

I went in for lunch and Joel made sure my food was hot and fresh. He has a great people personality. He is an asset to your company. I left a happy customer.

This particular location is a prime example of why machines will end up replacing humans for any costumer service jobs. And quite frankly, I am glad. Partly because as humans working on a service or hospitality position we do not do well dealing with people.
I say this because of my recent experience with the drive thru person. I told her I needed a minute and she had no shame in expressing her disappointment. I began ordering and after the first order she wanted to be over. I said: no, I am not done! I got 4 more. After the 3rd one she lost her mind when I said I got two more! She again expressed her anger! But why? Why would someone get upset about getting two more orders? Would the owner of Carl’s junior be upset for getting a big order? No! He or she would be happy to know more bussines is coming in! I asked her if there was a problem and she just lost her mind!
I have been to a lot of places in the USA and the worst so far had been Toronto in Canada where people are inpatient but Sierra Vista takes the number one place as the worst in costumer service!
What a horrible experience honestly. Specially because there is no reason for the impatience. This is a small town with barely any people. I can expect this in a bustling city like New York where there is a boat load of people everywhere. But no here in this lazy little town! Oh wow.

Did a drive-through order before work. Carl’s Jr. is always a good quick go-to for a tasty bite. Food wasn’t bad, fresh, and done right, but no condiments, not even a napkin. It took 26 mins for my food, and by the way, they are stacking cars to not have at the window, it will impeed parking. Friendly lady working there, i think they are just short staffed.

This Carl’s Jr. is a complete joke. They hire staff and don’t bother to train them, then refuse to take responsibility when things go wrong. Their broiler broke down, and when we asked for a refund, the “manager” told us he couldn’t issue refunds at all. When we asked to speak to another manager, he came back and suddenly said they could only refund part of our order because they managed to provide one combo.
We offered to return all the food and go elsewhere, and he flat-out said they “can’t do that,” then walked away from us. No accountability, no customer service, and outright dishonesty. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

10 minute wait. They clear the drive thru lane and park at the curb to clear the queue keeping their times artificial low. Large fries was half empty and tasted rubbery Asked for honey mustard for chicken tenders. Non in bag. At least the chicken was good. When they finally brought the order out she looked around like she was trying to remember what vehicle the order was for even though I was parked right at the curb.

Remember when fast food was cheap, good and, um, FAST? Pepperidge Farms remembers… It’s ridiculous how much it costs for wrong orders, bad food and a 13 minute wait in front of the building since they make you park there for some reason, even when there’s nobody behind you. That was finally my last time going to Carl’s Jr.

This review is based on the drive thru customer service. The lady taking orders seemed to have selective hearing and only wanted to take orders based on what she believed was/ should be the order. I understand miscommunications happen, but when she gave me attitude over not wanting to upgrade to a large combo? I dont need the attitude or a lecture about what she said. It’s about what I ordered. Point blank. I wish I could give less than a one-star review. Customer service is self-explanatory. If you want to have an attitude, maybe this isn’t the job for you. On the other hand, the McDonald’s down the road was better.
