I recently stopped by McDonald’s for a quick meal, and it was great. The Big Mac was hot and fresh, cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy and well-salted, a classic favorite. Terrible customer service. I order a single breakfast sandwich on the app for curbside. It took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to receive my food. I sat in the curbside parking spot for 14 minutes.
At one point I went inside to hopefully retrieve my own order. The employees acted like they didn’t know how to even speak or look at the customers. One customer was asking for someone to take his order and they all looked at each other for several minutes before an actual employee finally came from the back to take his order. I eventually gave up and went back to my car.
They prioritize the drive thru so I suggest only going through the drive thru so you receive your food quicker.

Restaurant is clean and I love the atmosphere! Great service! This McDonald’s smells clean and the food was really good! The young lady that took our order was polite, and I loved her energy!!! We were able to stop and eat and get some work done!!!

It takes way too long for someone to service the front end. All I needed was a couple of ketchup packets and I stood there for almost 10 minutes before someone finally came up to the register. Aside from that the food is always fresh and fast.

This place is supposed to be open 24 hours. I have tried to place orders through DoorDash, and the store is always closed. But I have also tried to place late night orders through the drive-through and I get no response while at the drive-through, or I have been told that they’re “not accepting orders anymore”. I don’t Understand why this is a thing at a 24 hour place. Im a AGM at a restaurant that’s stays open late and this is terrible. This store could do so much in sales if they would actually stay open 24 hours for door dash and drive through in this college town, but they choose not to because they’re lazy.

Unfortunately this location has fallen apart. Very disrespectful and arrogant childlike employees and management. Food was soggy and cold. Found 2 hairs in my nuggets. Nuggets were like rubber. Good luck working at a McDonald’s for a career LOL! Especially this one. Do yourself a favor and go to whataburger, not much better. Definitely better than that sorry excuse for a location servicing food. Yikes is the word. Yikes indeed

Everything was great, but they have no baby changing stations in any of the bathrooms. Food was 10/10, service 8/10, atmosphere 9/10. They didn’t talk to the customers, more communication would be great for customer relations.

On Feb 6th around 12:10 am.The Short Mexican girl working the drive thru with headsets on is very rude and unprofessional. She was rude to customers infront of me than got rude with me too. If she hates her job she should not be doing customer service. She needs to get fired. I m pretty sure I m not the only one who she showed attitude and rudeness too.

No one was in a uniform or at the register so we ordered from the app. He forgot our drinks and dipped sauces for our nuggies. The whole dining area needed to be cleaned. With the number of people that were working one person could have been cleaning. Our food was semi-warm but we were so hungry we couldn’t wait any longer. Mind you we waited 20min.
We to the rest room and it smelled so bad and was pretty clean considering.
I don’t know if it’s this location or what because everytime we question why we come. From demanding payment without reading back the order And just rude customer service to poor quality good. I guess that’s what you get at McDonald’s now.
