Hey so I actually wanted my ketchup and mustard on my burger and my wife actually wanted her ketchup. Burgers very salty that’s never happened to us. You have one young man probably in high school working grill at the end of night. Come on I’m not even mad at this kid. Shame on yourselves. This poor kid probably still has to go home most likely do his homework still. You guys are slammed all day long and he’s all by himself. No wonder he didn’t put mustard or ketchup on my stuff. Do better, especially when you’re a company that thrives in hiring young people to help their lives. Don’t make them (kid) look bad by shortchanging them.

Food was good when I actually got my entire order. HOOORRRIBLLEEE customer service. Rude staff. They literally gave us half our food and none of our ice cream. We had a huge order since we were ordering for a bunch of people and didn’t even think about them messing it up as bad as they did. We called…they had a terrible terrible attitude towards giving us our owed food as we paid a lot. Showed up, they gave us a horrible attitude. Someone that’s food was messed up went inside to get her order fixed because we didn’t notice hers was completely messed up when we called about our food. The employees were inside talking horrible about us. And others were inside getting their orders fixed because they messed up there’s as well. They still forgot something of ours so I went inside to get it and the employees gave me a horrible attitude and the woman who “helped” us in the window stared at me with the most disgusted face with attitude.. wouldn’t even help me…just stared at me. Someone else had to help me. The lady is younger, has glasses, brown hair and puts a nice front on but is absolutely rude and should not work in fast food…period… if you can’t own up and handle your mistakes then get a different profession.. will never recommend this place to anyone and will never be going back there. To talk about customers out loud infront of other customers, claim we’re lying about their mess up, not want to fix their mistakes, and treat your customers the way we were treated when we were nothing but nice at first… is so unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous.

I received a virtual gift card. I went to purchase food on 1/10 and the QR code didn’t take. The ladies working the counter were able to enter it manually and I was on my way. Went back on 1/11 and again the QR code didn’t work. This time I was told the gift card was a fake and I was asked where I got the gift card from. I was treated rudely when I asked why it worked one day but not the next. Customer service was not up to Culvers standards

Never again. We walk in a girl says oh what can we make fresh for you ? First of all she is wearing a cape. Why ? I tell her I have a 25percent coupon on my phone , she cant get it to work , she says if this doesnt work I cant help you ,someone else had to take care of it . Joke . Then we tell her our order , its 35.00 dollars for 2 dinners before the coupon . We get our food after a 20 minute wait , the fresh part she originally mentioned, she lied. Instant , disgusting watered down potatoes are not made fresh . Fish was greasy , I had to go ask for rolls , Culvers you have got to be kidding , we haven’t been in for a year in half and now we will not ever be back.

Grilled chicken is gross now. Never thought I’d have anything from Culvers that wasn’t awesome. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. NEW MANAGEMWNT IS NOT WORKING. Bunch of young kids walking around lost. Took 28 minutes to get a burger n fries and a kids meal. Not even busy. What a shame to see this place go to absolute trash. How does a croutons get in your burger?

I’m not going to this location anymore. It’s close to work so I’ve gone many times and they either take forever, don’t bring items out that you paid for, or you order them and they don’t actually put them on your order. This happens EVERY time. Today was the last straw. Not only was my order incorrect in many ways, the burgers were greasy and looked terrible. I don’t write many negative reviews and I overlook mistakes all the time, but all this location does is make mistakes and this fast food is way too expensive to be getting it wrong all the time.

The location didn’t look busy until you ordered in the drive thru and saw they stage the waiting vehicles beside their location instead of in the parking sports designated for waiting. The cashier told me I could wait at the window or pull into the empty lot next to their building. The food is always decent, but the fries were a bit overcooked. The drive thru menu was missing a lot of information though there was advertising showing new items coming.

My husband was ordering free chicken sandwiches (which he had coupons for) when a male employee came to the register and demanded to know where he got them. My husband stated that a friend gave them to him a few months ago. The employee then told my husband that if he has a whole box of coupons it is theft, asked him if he stole them and said he would be “looking into it”. My husband told the employee that he did not steal anything, let alone a box of coupons, that he’d gotten a few of them from a friend a few months ago and that he didn’t know it was illegal to use coupons for food. The employee caused an unnecessary scene and was extremely disrespectful to my husband. The entire experience was offensive. We won’t be patronizing this particular establishment again.
