We brought our kid for a kid’s meal and to play at their play area.. and, there was a complete mess everywhere! Trash eveywhere, on the tables and the floor! Along with a spilled drink on the floor, that had dried and made sticky to walk on.. especially for kid’s walking with socks. I went to get napkins to wipe our table, and noticed the some of the staff, just standing around and talking as if everything was was clean and in order. I would be ashamed. But, it looked like nobody cared.. stereotypical for McDonald’s employees. Very, very disappointing.

Our food was hot when we finally got it. I think our order was pretty standard, a Grinch meal deal and a McDouble meal. It took more than 10 minutes to receive our food for dine-in. Meanwhile the Uber orders and Drive Thru orders were flying. Like I said, food was standard, nothing wrong, it just seemed to take a really long time. This was around 1:30pm. Haven’t been to McDonald’s in a few months, probably won’t make a point to come back soon.

Great job McDonald’s, one of the worst in Edmond. Shoved 4 combos and 8 nuggets in one bag, lack of training. Missing one burger, ranch for nuggets, ketchup on top of all that. Almost broke my jaws biting into hot n spicy chicken.

The employees are focus on drive thru and neglect the dining room and kids play area. From the moment you Walk in you can see how dirty the floor is, trash everywhere but they don’t care how dirty it looks, they should pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the place

Manager likes to give people a hard time when the order gets messed up have witnessed her being unprofessionaly bossy with the younger staff. This is 3rd time we have ordered a 20 piece nugget and she only gives you 10 then wants to argue about it

I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes easily. This is supposed to be fast food, so the convenience of that was mute. I might as well have gone to a sit down restaurant and got something a lot healthier. If I hadn’t already paid for my items I would have jetted out of that line 10/15 minutes into it and that’s generous of my time and the time of others. They should have been handing out some type of coupon or something to each car that waited that long. It really was a long time probably more like 40 minutes.

some items. Always pulled forward to wait no matter the order size. This franchisee should shutter their locations or be forced to give them up. I’m not looking for a response. Just shut the doors then I’ll know someone is paying attention.

I ordered and went to the first window (no one behind or in front of me). Young man in the window was kind and well-dressed. He and I had no problems. His rude female co-worker came to the drive thru window to raise her voice at him and begin a verbal argument in front of me. I wish I knew his name but he was doing nothing wrong by my eyes and SHE wanted to yell. I heard her yelling by the time I got to the 2nd window as well. Very uncomfortable. Leave that young man ALONE.
