I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. The paper bag ripped as I was getting out of my car, and my entire order—both my dinner and my wife’s—fell on the ground. It was extremely frustrating and avoidable. The bag was too heavy for a single layer, and it should have been double-bagged. Double bagging heavy orders is basic and logical. Please be more careful, because this ruined our dinner.

The first young lady gave the extra rice when asked, then passed the bowl to the next lady. I did the Honey Chipotle Chicken with with other fixings. Now, I get to the register & the cashier mentioned a higher price than usual. Come to find out, I was given “extra” chicken. I explained that the only “extra” that I allowed was the rice. They spoke with each other in a different language then looked at me to say that I did ask for it. No apologies, no offering on making another bowl. I didn’t have the time, they were taking too long even though there weren’t a lot of customers. I get to my car (pretty irritated) and before I pulled off, I wanted to see it. YUP! LOOKED LIKE A REGULAR SERVING OF CHICKEN TO ME! Besides, I remembered her doing half of a scoop. Not the full spoon and definitely not 2 spoonfuls! Looked at my receipt and saw that “extra meat” was $5.99. Y’all have to do better!

Chipotle is my go-to for a satisfying and customizable meal. I love that I can build my own Chipotle bowl with exactly what I’m craving.
Today, my husband and I ordered the Smoked Brisket Bowl and Steak Bowl. They were amazing!
The place was full of customers, but still clean with enough seating area and the workers were super efficient and friendly.
Definitely recommend!

Service was fast, and food was delicious. Had to wait a couple minutes for fresh rice but it was no big deal. They gave me nice spoonfuls of the food to make up for it. Place looked clean, and staff were friendly.

I placed an order through the app and was notified that it was ready, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived I discovered that my order hadn’t been prepared yet and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for it to be ready. I also asked the cashier if I could get an extra tortilla while waiting, but she told me I needed to wait in such a condescending tone, which seemed strange since I was, in fact, already waiting. I understand that the place is busy, but they shouldn’t mark an order as ready if it’s not.

This is by far the worst location to order online. I NEVER an order as I selected. I can’t believe that I have to go to the store since I don’t trust their online orders. This is embarrassing that I have to get refunds all the time since they cannot do what they are supposed to do.
I order black beans with chicken, they give you pinto with chicken. I ask for salsas, they don’t add salsas. One day, they did not add meat. Really? Lol. Yes! I’m tired of this store, that’s why I’m venting and reviewing this location so that Chipotle can do something about these managers.

Staff was hard to understand, tables and floors were filthy, paper straws, and my burrito was so loose that it fell apart. The underside of my burrito was cold. The tables were packed together really tight. Sparkling water was over bubbly and to sharp. Everything was absurdly overpriced.

Update 5/2022: i waited a year to try again, and it was still pretty disappointing watching everyone go through the line faster than I had ordered ahead with plenty of time. about 8 or so of us were standing there waiting for our food in the “order ahead” area. oh, and they skimped on everything. so TL;DR a year later: still pretty bad.
2021: I waited 25 minutes for my ordered ahead food after the promised time. I showed up on time, watched the entire line of people get food and leave before me, and people showed up to get their app ordered food after me, and left before me. I can’t emphasize my frustration enough, just grossly incompetent staff.
Update: The bowl is literally leaking juice everywhere, the chicken is not all cooked fully, the cauliflower was basically salty water. I am so displeased. This is absolutely disgusting.

Ordered pick up for 5:15. They didn’t even begin fixing it until 5:40. The restaurant wasn’t even very busy at the time. No apology was given and person at cash register was incredibly rude. When I finally got dinner home to my family (including three little ones), I opened the bag to find the burritos I had ordered (and paid extra to be) double wrapped with extra fajita veggies were tiny. Then when I cut them open I saw that they had nearly no meat. It’s bad enough to not have my order ready on time and to be rude about it, but to also charge me extra then give me less is incredibly frustrating.
