I’m giving 3 stars because the breakfast food was good, however the sweet tea we ordered tasted like it was left out from the night before or made with dirty water or the container that holds the tea needs to be cleaned… one of the three and I’m not sure which… but it tasted disgusting! We eat here quite a bit and usually never have issues but the past couple of times it’s been bad…

Never get my order right even on the app plus there current shift lead i some how always get is severely lacking in the give a shit about the customers kind of way. If you pay for something your expecting exactly what you pay for nice looking place very poor service.

The past two times I’ve used the app, when I get to the store I’m told that the app isn’t working and I have to reorder and repay and that my money will be credited back to my account within 3 hrs. Tonight this happened and I tried to place my order, but the guy could not figure out how to do his job and the manager wasn’t any better. After 10 minutes of trying to place my order and him still not getting it correct, I finally told him to cancel it and I went somewhere else.
The service is horrible here, I definitely recommend driving across town to the other McDonalds or going somewhere else, but I do not recommend this location because of this guy and the manager.

I absolutely love this McDonald’s even if I’m across town I will still go out of my way to go to this McDonald’s on Fayetteville road. Everyone is friendly helpful and I’ve never had a problem with my order

It has a kid play zone, but at what cost…
Everything was dirty. Tables, bathrooms, counters.
Service was minimal. The napkin dispenser was out, so I had to ask for some and got a sigh, as if they were put out.
We got deluxe burgers with no ketchup, so they made up for it by giving gobs of mayo that smelled and tasted like it was left out for several days (See pic).
I don’t get the picture of the other burger, and I should’ve, but I was mad at the time because it wasn’t even fully cooked!
When I took it to the counter and staff saw it, they backed away at first, as if it was contaminated. As a secondary thought, they asked if I wanted another. And risk getting more food poisoning? No, thank you! I left the half cooked burger on the counter.
At that point, we threw away all food, including the fries. It wasn’t worth the risk.
On the way out, they asked if we wanted our money back. I said no because I didn’t want to be there anymore. I feel like if we had walked out a different way, they wouldn’t have even asked, though.

Ordered two egg and sausage mcmuffins. The sausage was undercooked and I became deathly ill after consuming the first one.
These employees need to learn basic food handling and safety.

The people working were very friendly. They were busy, but I was immediately greeted and told they’d be right with me. I was quickly helped, and then asked three more times if I’d been helped.
They quickly counted out my 40 piece nuggets. I was glad they weren’t sitting out to get cold. The lady asked me if I needed more sauce, as she’s aloud to give more. I said ketchup, and she said she’d already given me some, but she’d grab a bit more. She laughed and said some people want one per nugget.
Anyways, the nuggets were fresh, even though it was 40, and everyone was pleasant. Thanks for the quick service and nice interactions.
