This locations decor was very unique and comforting. Food was fast and fresh.Only thing that topped this stores decor and food was it’s service. Paula and all the others ( sorry did not get their names) were true five star top of the line service providers. Store was a prize winning example of fast food excellence and creativity. Big thanks to them all and may the Good Lord richly and continually bless them all.

I got it Togo, from the car stops. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, and got an orange juice. The food was okay, but I am upset about my smoothie as no one was told that the smoothie machine was “broken”. They just got too lazy to make it. The person who picked it up was just handed this drink and told “have a good day”.

Pathetic!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Everytime I visit this establishment, I have to remake my burger. There is never anything (condiments or fixings) on the burgers that is supposed to be on them. I bring it home and put everything on myself. Give them all raises and pay them $15 an hour immediately!!!

Food is usually fresh when we go. Occasionally cold fries. The workers are not very friendly and seem miserable. When in the drive thru when ordering the person says “what else”, that just seems rude. I worked at restaurants when I was younger and was taught to speak to people respectfully……
Just went here again and my drink was not filled all the way. It was for my son that doesn’t need too much soda so I didn’t complain. But if it was mine I would have asked for more.

I have gone to this McDonald’s probably on average four to six times a month, always for breakfast and always through drive thru. Most of the employees I deal with are great. But about three months ago, the woman at the second window got my order wrong…twice. When I tried to say what was wrong, she steamrolled over me and handed my bag to me. Again, wrong order. I tried to explain, and before I was even done, she said, “that’s what you have!” I raised my voice (only raised my voice) and corrected the order finally, and she whined loudly about me “yelling” at her.
This is not about just that time. I’ve seen her probably four times since then at the drive thru. She hasn’t said one word. You know, her job. Yesterday, she gave me a drink with ice despite me ordering it without (as I always do, and she obviously knows me, if she is still not talking to me),, and I didn’t get a straw. When I went inside to get a straw and correct the drink, the cashier just gave me a cup and pointed out the dispensers. I’m done with this McDonald’s. I see at least another complaint about a drive thru worker in these reviews, and I feel pretty certain it’s the same one. Awful employee, and poor management keeping her there.

The food is exactly what I would expect and the wait times were acceptable. The problem is had was the dry emotionless robots working the drive thru. I know they don’t have time to be chatty or talk to every customer but when I say thank you and have a good day and both windows simply stare off into space and close on me without so much as a smile it’s sad. These were both young ladies who looked like mindless zombies and that starts at the top.

We went through the drive through the lady that took the order and money was very nice. The lady at the second window was rude. She got our drinks wrong when we told her she had an attitude about it. Had an attitude when we asked for a drink carrier. She still got one drink wrong. Our fries were cold and soggy and she gave us a chicken deluxe when it was supposed to be a quarter pounder with bacon.

This is what we were given today. What I don’t have a picture of is the uncooked, half filled fry boxes that were also given to us. This meal was purchased right when the menu switched from breakfast to regular. So you would expect fresh food all around. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this place so I’m now at the point where I’m posting this review. So sick of calling with a problem or having to return to get replacement items. Done spending my money at this place. Owners should be ashamed of how it’s being managed

The food was good as always. After a lot of shopping, we decided to have a bunch of burgers and baskets of fries. When the food was delivered to the car, we realized we hadn’t asked for ketchup for the fries (the order totalled $30.62).
The young female associate who had bright dyed red hair, acknowledged that we wanted ketchup and nodded. We sat in the car, eating and waiting for the ketchup. She NEVER came back!!! ‘Nuff said…
