I haven’t been to an Applebee’s in 20 years and man it was actually fantastic! We had a great server named Presley, she was super friendly and personable! Food was all great and hot! The ultimate trio has some great selections to choose from!

Food was ok, especially the burger my grandson ordered. Our server was basically MIA through most of our nearly 2 hour visit, as he was verrrrrey slow. And it wasn’t that busy, there were more empty tables and booths than occupied. Thank goodness we were in good moods and not pressed for time.

It was a completely average overall experience. It was the middle of the day, so it was super slow. The waitress was….lacking. We had to ask a few times for things, and she was just…ok. the food was ok as well. We had to have fries replaced. It LOOKED good….but was just eh. Unfortunately, because I really LIKE Applebees! It’s a bummer to see them go so far downhill.

Applebee’s used to be an awesome place to have a meal with the family. This is the first time we have been back since our last experience was horrible, mostly cause the portions keep getting smaller and the prices keep going up. The riblet “platter” used to be awesome, now it’s embarrassingly small and over priced. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip this time and it’s served in a small cup now and is less then half full and half of what it used to be. Definitely the last time I will bring my family here, it’s fine if they are running the all you can eat deal cause I can make it worth it but as soon as the app of delivered I looked at my wife and said never again.

Used to be decent, not anymore. Guess new management didn’t get the memo regarding customer service. Was gonna grab a quick snack so decided to give em one more shot. Waited at the walk up bar area for 10+ minutes without a single person working there in sight. An enormous crowd of about 5 people were probably suffering the same issue of being invisible.

The purple curly hair waitress was nothing but disrespectful this was my second time going there she said they have 0 change left and when a friend asked for his change she said “Do you really want your change back” and she just said it in the absolutely most rude way possible. She doesn’t know how to count because she gave everyone wrong change both times I was there. She was super rude and me and my friends were nothing but respectful I would give it a zero star if I can. She got upset because we asked for sauce. I get people have bad days but you don’t have to be rude to a couple of teens trying to celebrate a friends birthday. We would’ve talked to the manager but it seems farfetched when it’s a bunch of teenagers because apparently teens only lie if it happens agian I will talk to a manager and won’t be going back. She also gave us our receipts by practically throwing them and I was just trying to pay for my friends which thete food isnt cheap so we expected good service especially since I spend 77.02 this time Thats a lot of money I feel was wasted because of a rude server the food was still decently good. I don’t have pictures to prove any of it because it’s rude to take pictures of people.

Ordered 3 items. An appetizer, a steak, and a Mac n cheese/chicken dish. Ordered it to go, curbside pickup. The steak was missing the side and the mushrooms. The Mac n cheese was missing the chicken. The appetizer had burnt chips. Had to go back to restaurant to get missing items. Several miles and an hour later I got to eat a cold meal. $70.00 for that? I wish I could get that tip back.

Bulding is run down inside, wallpaper pealing off walls in several places. The service was not good. But they was way short handed up front. Drinks were great. Not sure why the company is not keeping this place up like they do other restaurants. Also radio was up loud an sounded terrible with blown speakers.

Two hamburgers and chicken strips for my granddaughter,, three water with a lemon wedge. Should not have cost almost $60. One hamburger was ordered with a small amount of fries not even a handful. The other hamburger was up charged with five onion rings. Up charge of $2.50 no fries just five onion rings. Two chicken strips with a less than a handful of french fries for my granddaughter. Over seven dollars ridiculous.
