Ordered the Grinch meal with McNuggets, received my meal quickly in the drive through, but sad to day, I was expecting sock with my meal as advertised, but there were none 🙁 Staff here are always kind even during rushes when stress on them is high. I’m going to reuse the box as gift box Quick update, I called about the missing socks, the nice young lady who answered took responsibility, apologized with a definite tone of sincerity, and took my name. I’ll be picking up the missing socks after I get off work on my way home. Kudos to customer service in making the not very frequent errors right Hassel free.

Table was dried dirty..i self cleaned.
No butter, jam, or syrup. Have to wait at counter dor good 10 minutes, before someone came to help.
Plastic cover utensils was sticky with unknown substance.
Not sure what happened to ” time to lean, time to clean “…I used to for MCDONALD’S while attend college ! As a crew to 2nd assistant manager! Unless 21st century, it’s all changed and just want the money since every wanted to eat!
Don’t get me wrong. I am still like the foods there, just the workers! No work ethics!!!

Sat here for and hour and a half waiting on my plain cheeseburger with no one else in the store. Every time I asked about my food all I got was a dirty look. When I first got here it took them fifteen minutes to just get someone to take my order, mind you no one else in the store

My experience was good, except today they forgot my burger, but it was fixed. The girl who took my order, which i dont know who it was, waa really awesome and made my day with her awesome vibe, especially after the rough day i was having. So, miss, whoever you are at this establishment, thank you.

This is the worst McDonald’s restaurant I’ve eaten at. Trash running over. Very slow/bad service. Seen a roach on a table after we got done eating. Drinks area nasty and ketchup every where

Very irritating experience.
We ordered something on the menu and were told they didn’t have that. We told her it was on their menu and what it included. She said she would talk to her manager about how to ring it in.
When we got to the window, she said they don’t have it anymore. The manager said there was no button for it. We said, that wasn’t our fault, it is on their menu. She would not adjust it. I’ve worked fast food, I know it can be done. This is a horrible manager that doesn’t understand customers pay her salary.
It cost $5 more than advertiser. We payed but will be complaining to corporate.

This place is so slow about getting food out. When I pulled up ti the window I had to wait. They have 3 designated spots to have you pull into waiting on your drive in food. They were full. They brought out the food for one. I was then asked to pull into the spot that was just opened. Another wait. It is fast food at its slowest.
