I’m no longer going to order from them. This was their last chance. Either they forget or don’t get my order and then tell me well at least it’s not an emergency when I go up after quite enough time had passed to see what’s going on and it’s a hot day I needed my order or my order gets cancelled because they don’t answer their phone when I ordered 2 hours prior to door dash being able to pick it up and they arrive and my order wasn’t there. Last but not least I’m standing at the register to order and everyone is right there can see me but take their time deciding to come take my order and they’ve looked right at me standing there waiting!!! I’ll go to cool off and rest for a bit but I will not buy from them unless things change

This location has been hit or miss (mostly miss) in recent years, but it seems to have finally been staffed with workers and management who give a $hit about taking care of the customers. Our wait time even at dinner time wasn’t more than a few minutes and that was because they made fresh fries for us. Very much appreciated. The girl taking our order had the most southern county drawl I’ve ever heard, and I was born and raised in the south! Not a complaint, it’s just amusing and adorable. All our food was hot and fresh and nothing was missing, and thats was the struggle for years, but it seems the crew they have now is on top of it. Keep up the good work!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a simple cheeseburger and received a bun with nothing on it. No patty, no condiments, just cheese. Also, not one of the employees we’re wearing gloves at all. So what? I’m supposed to be ok with someone scratching themselves and then touching my food? Ewwww. Not for me at all. Not to mention they’re prices continue to go up. They’re portions Continue to shrink. Will not be going there until I see improvement.

Awful place to eat! Their service is slow, employees are rude, and the food is usually cold. Spent $44 on 4 burgers, 4 fries, and 3 drinks. All the burgers were order with cheese, not a single one ended up having cheese on it. Then the employee taking our order made a rude comment about our order being so big! The fries were soggy and cold. If you order at the drive thru prepare to be waiting at least 15 mins for any order.

Makes me sad for this little town.. this is by far the worse McDonald’s I have ever been too.. wait times are ridiculous especially for curbside. Nothing speciaI with the food either.. my frappe was not a frappe, it was watered down coffee!! guarantee you are not priority! 15 min wait easy!! That’s half your lunch!!! Hopefully someone higher takes notice and makes changes!!!
