Terrible customer service the manger during day is rude and asked me leave cause my son wanted McDonald’s and play in there play area but I don’t like McDonald’s so I got Freddy’s and took it in and order his food. Ik it’s bad bring food in to another place but I got food there for my son and he wanted to play. It shouldn’t matter what I’m eating. It should only matter that I paid for the McDonald’s and I’m sitting in there. My son is eating McDonald’s.

I went through the drive thru and had excellent customer service. I only ordered coffee but was impressed with the lady who took care of me. She was very friendly and professional. The location is busy, but their service was fast and friendly. The food was good and fresh. There is a play area for children that is pretty big and they have a race car related theme.

This McDonalds is clean. The play area is huge. There was a worker in the play area cleaning and organizing the area before they got busy with children. We were impressed with the area.

Wow, just wow. First the guy didn’t want to give me my change because he didn’t want to open a roll of pennies so he just looked at me and said did you just need your receipt? I said no I will take my change too, the red head looked at me like he wanted to kill me. Then I move forward to get my food and ask for strawberry jelly and the lady looks at me like she can’t believe I just asked them hollered at some other guy to ask him if he put it in the bag ️ instead of just looking. I also ordered a medium orange juice but they give me a small and charge for a medium and say it’s only one size. But the lunch medium cup is twice this size but we are getting charged for a medium and being given a small….ugh …So, I left and guess what…..no hash browns. But at least they gave pancake syrup…no wait….I didn’t order pancakes. Worse McDonald’s ever.

Went and picked up breakfast hoping it was going to be a good day for the service and food. I was wrong. 2 very small black hairs (yes looks like exactly what your thinking) one on the pancake the other on the hashbrown. We spent $23, and all went to the trash. NEVER AGAIN!

Fries were like warm at best. Got more fries. A few hot ones rest were cold. Then got to the burgers. Not even warm enough to melt the cheese. So done giving this store a second chance. Should be shut down and some decent restaurant put in it’s place.
