They didn’t give me a bun, my patty was burnt and stale, our fries were stale, the only good thing was the frape my friend got. I genuinely don’t understand how they messed up this badly, I am actually crying how do you do this

I am changing my 5 start to a 1. Well I guess today was just too good to be true. Took my dog to McDonald’s to get him a pup cup expecting to be charged 22 cents like I always have been. She charged me for 2 pup cups. I told her that I only wanted one. She said her manager told her to charge me for 2 of them for 1. I drove to the window and asked why they were forcing people to pay for 2 pup cups and she got rude and got a supervisor. Her supervisor apologized for the rudeness and said she would talk to her. I got to the pick up window and expected 2 pup cups, but I only got one, and it was barely over half filled. I asked for the other one and the girl said do want me to get the manager so you can talk to them like you did before. I said, “Yes please, since you know I have already talked to her.” A man came to the window and asked what was wrong with a smile on his face. I explained what happened. He said that the price is $.40 and that they only have been charging $.20 so they charge twice for it. I told him that I didn’t mean to be rude but my dog is 6 years old and I buy him pup cups all of the time from here to Memphis and Little Rock and have never paid more than $.20 for one. I told him that if he wants to charge $.40 for a pup cup then change the price to $.40 and not be charging people for 2 pup cups and only give one and then the young people get rude when you ask why. I told him I would still buy the pup cups for him, but I don’t want to pay for two and only get one and be rude to when asking why. He said he understands and that he would have a talk to the girls about being rude. I did not appreciate the girl that took my money, the one at the pick-up window, or the uncaring manager man. The only one who act like they cared about the situation was the first manager that I talked to, but clearly that didn’t do any good. I guess all of this was to make up for my last pup cup visit when the young man told me it cost nothing and that he had it. I said, “Really?” And he told me not to worry about he had it and I thanked him for it not knowing if he really did have it or if maybe the person in front of me paid for Ozzy’s pup cup. I thanked him and felt blessed that my dog got a free pup cup. This time was the exact opposite. Who knows? Maybe they thought I was buying the pup cups for me. I’m allergic to the stuff. It’s just a special treat for my dog from when he’s been a good boy, like taking your child to McDonald’s when they’ve been good. . I do not recommend this McDonald’s location. It is too full of disrespectful young people. The fact that they feel comfortable enough to treat people that way says a lot about their managers. Lord only knows what they do to your food in there. If my dog gets sick I’m going to make them pay for the bill. If they keep treating people like they do here I can only imagine seeing this location lose their right to use McDonald’s logo. I wonder if they’d be kicked out of franchise for bad service? For most part the reviews are not good and it is easy to see why. Poor customer service and leadership in teaching customer service.

So, i have two little kids since my last review of this restaurant, and I will say with the service inside I am impressed. I’ve never seen someone actually cleaning anything other than tables and cleaning the floor until today. This young lady is Rachel and she disinfected/cleaned most if not all of the play area. Being a parent in this crazy world it is great to see this. I had to stop her and tell her how much it was appreciated. This store stays extremely busy! These people are good people here and after today I plan to visit more often with my Littles. Thank you!

Lunch time I pulled in first car no other cars in both drive thrus . I waited and waited . Two cars pull up get service and still no can I help you ! Please get your drive thru fixed . I end up choosing Hardee’s . Excellent service and very polite nice people to help you .
