I ordered big breakfast with hotcakes. And I didn’t get pancakes. On top of that there was a piece of plastic in my food. And I didn’t get a straw for my frappe yet again. But that’s not surprising because everytime I order a drink they never give me a straw. Their job is so easy. Why can’t they get it right????

Believe the ratings…Yesterday i ordered an egg biscuit and when i checked it was a steak cheese biscuit with onions. Horrible and distgusting looking. So i spoke to a Acquinette like she had wrote up my order and just return today. So i did and right now at 7:16 am in the morning a manager with blonde hair short heavy built is yelling at me. She said, thats how she talks. They gave me a medium size frappe when i ordered a large. Stay away this place is horrible. The so called manager is Emily. So I returned with my receipt and try to show her my receipt, however she refused to look at my receipt and threatened me with calling 911. What a total jerk for a manager. She is a liar as well. Totally rude.

Fries were half filled, and did not have extra salt I asked for. No salt in bottom of bag. My burger was missing tomatoes. The half fries we got were stale. Did not go back to ask for it to be fixed because if they gave that little care the first time, I don’t trust them to fix it. Will go out of our way to avoid this location from now on. Until this experience, I thought most of the locations I visited had marked improved service.

I ordered the 40 peace and two large fries. I had asked the lady when I got up to the register why she had charged me in two separate orders because you can order as a value combo for $19 and she charged me $22 instead of changing it in the POS, she told me that the combo didn’t exist while I waited for my food in a parking spot. I looked it up and seen it right on their app lazy and uneducated cashier Costing people more money than they should be just because they don’t care enough about their job poor management.

Used to be really fast with good quality, fresh food. Now there’s always a line and food is cold. Tonight i went for food and they made me park at number 4. I look and there nobody in the drive thru. After 12 minutes of waiting the lady pops her head out of the drive thru window and YELLS for me to back up and come to the drive thru window….. McDonald’s needs to get it together dude.

I ordered 20pc nuggets and 2 medium fries with 3 honey mustards from 290 N Hwy 17 And 92, Longwood, FL 32750 .I noticed it allowed me to order more honey mustard through the condiment section as it allowed me to order at $0 so i added 6 more since my 5 yr old boy loves their honey mustard. I picked up the order and when I got home their was 0 Honey Mustard not even the 3 the meal came with let alone the additional 6. My wife drove back to Mcdonalds to get the honey mustard where the “Store Manager” said they put 4 in the bag and would only give 2 more. Remind you we are talking about Honey Mustard and 0 were in the bag to the point my 5 year old went to bed because he didnt want anything else. Eventually they gave my wife the Honey Mustard as this must come from their paycheck but no sorry or apology that we had to drive back to get any condiments. Also they gave me 8 instead of 9 that i purchased .

This McDonald’s is consistently terrible. Every single time I come here, something is wrong — missing food, wrong orders, no straws, or drinks forgotten entirely. The fries are never salted, and the service is painfully slow no matter how empty the place is. It’s like accuracy and quality just aren’t part of their training.
I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it’s clear they just don’t care. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other McDonald’s nearby.

Our experience here is ALWAYS terrible! Dont me get started on the Customer service here. There is always something wrong with the order and than get attitude by employees and a manager that I should check my receipt thoroughly?? Last time I got to this location has gone downhill throughout the years.
