This McDonalds is by far one of the worst McDonalds I have experienced. I have only been able to use my app twice thereby cancelling any points and/or specials I was ordering, leaving me to pay full menu price. The food is old and cold, my drink is always “sweet tea” instead if “unsweet tea.” I honestly do not patronize this McDonalds any longer because of the lack of ever getting my orders correct, not being able to use my app, and the rudeness provided by employees.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a Big Mac with no onions and a quarter pounder with cheese received burgers that looked and tasted like they were cooked and burned 2-3 hours before. The Big Mac had *piles* of onions on both layers, so I tried to just scrape them off, which caused the extremely dry sandwich to be inedible. I had to just throw away a $5.19 sandwich. I will never be back to this or any other McDonald’s that’s connected to another business. TLDR: just buy something in the gas station and save your money.

They stay pretty busy, but its a small town and this is one of like three fast food places here. The food was good, but we had to wait, for what I thought was fries to be cooked, I still am not sure why, unless they had more inside being took care of because fries were somewhere around warmish and my burger was same. But friendly, small staff who try to hustle. It’s attached to a convenience/gas store that’s nice. Clean restrooms, great prices. I would stop again, as a matter of fact we always do when here in Harrisburg.

Yes the employees are nice there, but we always have an issue with our order. Either its missing something, burgers still pink, or this time the burger and fries were cold and and the tea tasted watered down. I got one pickle and a handfull of onions on my burger as well. I’ve only lived here a few months and have been to this place a hand full of times. I do not plan on going back again. I’ll drive to Jonesboro from now on.

Ordered a large fries $3.49 with our meal the young man who took our money at the register was the one who fixed our fries. He stuck his hand down inside our fry box to straighten out the bottom of the box. No gloves no sanitizer no nothing but his dirty hand inside the fry box!!!!! Needless to say that was $3.49 in the garbage. If we would have went through the drive thru we would have never known. Can’t complain to mcdonalds because their site is messed up. Won’t be back to this mcdonalds again!!!!
