Ordered the big breakfast and got half the egg portion that usually comes with it. When I complained I was told that it was what it comes with. It’s not the first time I eaten this so I should know. Then she came and said she made me a new one and I got more than what it usually is. Why, if she was right she didn’t have to do that. Horrible service and a decaying Resturant.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a Big Mac with no onions and a quarter pounder with cheese received burgers that looked and tasted like they were cooked and burned 2-3 hours before. The Big Mac had *piles* of onions on both layers, so I tried to just scrape them off, which caused the extremely dry sandwich to be inedible. I had to just throw away a $5.19 sandwich. I will never be back to this or any other McDonald’s that’s connected to another business. TLDR: just buy something in the gas station and save your money.

Was in line to pick up food and 3 employee’s came out back of the restaurant. All was smoking cigarettes and 1 had plastic gloves on like he put the food together. There were several cars in line. We sat there for about 10 minutes and left. Very poor service! Workers should never come out with their gloves on after preparing food!

Got in line at 1 minute to 11:00 and the lady said you can’t do lunch you have to do breakfast so order breakfast sandwiches and when I got to the window they give me a quarter pounder with cheese these people are lost they have no clue what they’re doing and have terrible attitudes. I tried to call on the phone and talk to the manager. All you get is recording at the end you hear blah blah blah blah and it goes dead been trying for days to talk to them. I have been to a lot of McDonald’s but this is the worst I’ve ever seen

Lovely to know you turn off the fryers off 30 min before close. Even with 80% of your food items are made in the fryers. Some people don’t get off work till 10:30 and expect to be able to order food 30 min before you close. If that’s how it’s going to be then advertise you close at 10:30 not 11. No nuggets, ok, no fries, okay, no McChicken or No Hot and spicy? Sad.
