So I went thru the drive thru today and got some chicken nuggets for my kids, my wife grabbed one out of the box and went to eat it and a bone pierced threw the top of her mouth. So we went back to talk to the manager about it and the manager threatened to call the cops, because my wife was recording it just in case. No faces just voices. The manager could care less that bone could have choked my kid or the fact that my wife’s mouth was bleeding. Will post pictures shortly. But for anyone out there don’t take your family here for their safety

Wow, first and hopefully last time here. We stopped in for dinner with my kids. It took over 20 mins (maybe closer to 30)for our dine in food. They forgot my child’s milk, they said they were out of sweet and sour (but they had one I found in the car hop tray), the fries tasted old and had little salt on them, and the nuggets were dry. They had at least 5-7 employees around too. I watched them slowly make our food.. while they sat and talked.

Everything was dirty, the tables were filled with salt, grease, and trash. The bathrooms smelled like poop, the toilet was dirty, and there was no air conditioning in there. Me and my son’s fries were cold, and the drink fountains were terrible! Also customer service was horrible. They were rude and had an attitude. And when we doordashed our food, half of our stuff was gone and replaced with stuff we didn’t order. Do better.

This mcdonald’s is just a mess, literally and figuratively. First of all they were out of ketchup. How does McDonalds run out of ketchup?! That should be ordered in a way where you never run out. They should have had a sign on the door and the drive through. My kids don’t like fries without ketchup. Our order took forever to come out. The bathrooms were a mess and needed basic maintenance. My favorite soda tasted awful and when I asked about it I was told it’s been “messed up for a while”.

Hamburger dry!, cheese looks like it has been setting for a while. How do you put a drop of mustard and a drop of ketchup on a burger and this is a quarter pounder??? I don’t think so. Someone’s scale is broke. This looks like what you would pull from a dumpster.

This is the laziest mcdonalds franchise in the world. There is nothing fast about this fast food. 30 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese every time I come in. Go anywhere else.

Food was awful. I got the spicy crispy chicken sandwich hold the pickle and add tomatoes. It should have had spicy sauce on both buns, there was only a very small dab on the top bun. Couldn’t hardly taste it. Normally it has 2-3 tomatoes, it had one small slice, and to top it all off it was burnt and tough. I think they re-fried something that had been sitting. The fries weren’t very good either. Not McDonald’s finest hour.

They forget to put an item in the bag every time I go there. multiple time’s I’ve had sandwiches missing the patties.
Food isn’t handled carefully either. There’s always a sandwich half way out the wrapper with sauce all over the bottom of the bag.
I recently ordered a buscuit and gravy tray and it was placed in the bag sideways, and the gravy was leaking on the other items.

Wow. Mobile order. Sat out in the parking lot for a long time. Finally walked in, and was hit with the terrible smell. No one would even speak to us for a very long time. Then, when they finally brought me the order out, I had to go fix my own drinks!
