I Like Chicken
My boyfriend and I went for Valentine’s Day and it was great! I wish they had more fries for their sides but everything was cooked beautifully, the fires were the only downside. Mozzarella sticks came out great, as well as the ribs and steak. Our server Jamie was very nice and very attentive. Can’t wait to come back!

I just want to say I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience tonight. My boyfriend and I came in and were greeted right away. We accidentally went in the sports grille part but were directed where to go right away. Our server met us at the table to get our drinks going before we were even ready to sit down. I needed to use the ladies room. Our waitress was very prompt, very friendly, communicated well, and checked on us frequently. I’m mad I didn’t catch her name but she has the Tennessee/kentucky accent. We were very pleased with her service. She is cut out to be an amazing waitress.

The portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller and prices keep going up. Food took forever to get done today and the server just wanted to stand around and chat instead of checking on the order. Can’t review on the website, it doesn’t let you. Almost $20 for a tiny portion of mushy mac n cheese with a piece of chicken?! Increase the portion to match the price or lower the price if you’re taking away half my food.

Braans has been one of my favorite restaurants for over 50 years. But, there are less and less of them to go to. Miss the ones towards the north side of Grand Rapids. Miss the Muskegon location. The sizzler did not have as much garlic flavor as I remember, but it was still good.

The host Joe was fantastic! Such a gentleman and so helpful in answering questions as it was our first visit to this chain. They have a bar area with keno, pull tabs, happy hour, and various sports on many televisions. They also have a dinning room that is more quiet. The kid’s menu is excellently priced. The restroom was clean and had stall doors that go almost to the floor. I appreciate that. Our waitress was happy to tell us the happy hour drinks. She was kind, happy, and seemed to enjoy being there. I really enjoyed my steak, the potatoes had a bit too much garlic for me but still good. The ribs were also quite good. The drinks were perfect. Spectacular for the price. We would definitely stop in a Brann’s again.

Nothing wrong with the service here or food at all I am just disappointed in coming here twice spending over 50$ on a couple of drinks and not even feeling tipsy. Do not buy drinks here unless it’s a trash can because it’s a waste of money. I spend a lot of money buying me and my coworkers drinks but I wasn’t even buzzed at all I could go anywhere else and get a way better drink I will not be returning because why would I pay $15 for a drink with no alcohol other than that the server was great and the food was good.

Solid 4 stars. Super great deal on the specials that go from 3-8 pm. I went with the 1 lb of ribs. Definitely fall off the bone. I had to scrape most of the BBQ sauce off as they were drowning. The margarita tasted good, but didn’t seem to have much tequila in it. Server was nice.

Usually my dinner is just delicious ..but here I am for my for my birthday dinner..and my steak was so tough..cooked ok..but so tough..I had to just shave a off a thin piece at a time just to eat it…was not impressed…

Server KALE was great. Very helpful and friendly. Food was average at best. Sizes of drinks were inconsistent, and coffee was REVOLTING. Completely burned or old or something. Do not order coffee there! Front desk staff seem uninterested in any people arriving. Almost ZERO vegetarian options. Boneless chicken wings were decent, but drowning in sauce. Would probably not go back.
