It was a slow Sunday Night around nine. And we go to this McDonald’s every one to two months. The employee taking our order said wait and she never came back. So we pulled up to the pay counter and get our order taken in there. They took so long that I had to come inside and ask for the food. And it’s strange because our food wasn’t fast even though it’s a fast food place. I really hope this is an isolated incident

So we were collecting the tiny tan dolls because we love BTS not to mention I stop at this one frequently after work because the food is always hot and the staff is always so awesome! Anyway LaFerell wasn’t even on the clock yet and she saw me at the front and took it upon herself to help me. I told her what I wanted and she and another young man named Ruben actually looked through all of the tiny tans you had to find me the numbers I needed! It made my day and they were so great!! I will keep coming back here because of your amazing staff!! Thank them for me again!! They deserve it!! The apple pie was great by the way!!

One of the most bizarre fast food experiences I’ve ever had at 3 am. I guess that’s what it’s like at that time in the morning. Loud music, person taking drive thru orders sounds like she’s half awake & you’ve got to listen real close to understand. I’m sure they’re doing their best.

This location is disgusting and filthy. Even the paypad was too dirty to touch. Totally understaffed and after 5 minutes waiting I asked for someone to take my order. I was the only customer (the cashier saw me a few times and fully ignored me). Everything was terrifying and I did not dare to use the restroom. Old, crooked but worst of all, disgusting equipment. Filthy brooms everywhere, even between a garbage bin and table right next to it. Where the heck is the FDA to shut down this place? My local Chinese restaurant’s kitchen is a sterile room compared to this hellplace.this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.
