I ordered a regular spicy chicken sandwich got my food at 11:05 today and got home just to see that is was not a spicy mcchicken I was a regular mcchicken and it had tomatoes (WHICH IM ALLERGIC TO NEED EPI PEN FOR) and lettuce and MAYO! I’ve tried calling them five times and they won’t answer the phone they are just letting it ring this location is not customer friendly what so ever. Great experience all around. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, and the staff had a really positive attitude. The food came out fast, fresh, and tasted pretty good. The atmosphere felt safe and comfortable, and you could tell management was really on point and keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, a solid stop — I’d definitely come back.

The one here always gets my food right and it’s always nice and warm but one thing I don’t like is how rude the employees can be sometimes. This McDonald’s in Bryant looks fairly new. Great experience here – we ordered from the kiosk, my hubby forgot his order number but when she called out the number less than 5 min. later, it was also mentioned the main items in the bag, thank goodness. Food was good, but the fries are not as salty as McDonald’s is known for.

The worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I do online pick-up which literally has the order typed out for them. We always come and have to go back due to them not having the order right and today 2 whole meals were missing. My husband was there for almost 40 mins for meals I pre-ordered! They also told him they didn’t have happy meals but they have the boxes for them and all the food that goes in them??

Went in because drive thru was busy. Placed my order on the kiosk nothing printed…no paper. I told him nothing printed he was like was it a mobile order no I told him at the kiosk I told him I had a large cup and 4 mcchicken 2 large fries once the order was ready he called the number I asked what was it he repeated the order I told him I got my order and left once I got home I realized nothing had the monopoly game on it mot my fries or large drink it was the reason I up sized. I called and they only have it on the coffee cups and you only get it if you order a coffee is this the McDonald’s way?

The coke was out and the guy taking the order didn’t tell me. When I got to the window he was telling someone, you think I give a shit. The girl handed out my order read back a DIET COKE. I said no COKE. She said were out of coke. Now I know what dude was saying he didn’t give a shit about. Me getting my correct order or the choice of a different option I wanted. I ended up with a diet DP. FOUL!! Heavy set black guy at around 1pm today. SHOULD BE FIRED!!!
