They have constant trouble getting orders correct running out of product and just plainly leave food out your bag. 9 times out of 10 this happens or you sit in the drive thru for 20 to 30 minutes.

First McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to that didn’t have burgers for sale. When I tried to order a Big Mac combo, I was told fried items weren’t available. I asked what that meant and the lady told me only deep fried items were available because some of the employees quit mid-shift. Didn’t quite understand the logic, but who am I to go to a burger joint that’s famous for having sold billions and billions of burgers expecting to buy a…BURGER.
On top of that, the customer service point of contact listed on the drive-thru window never returned my call.
You never really know what you’re gonna get when you visit a fast food establishment in Camden. A few things are for sure, you won’t get a welcome with a smile, you won’t get a thank you and come again, and now…I guess you won’t even get a burger at a burger joint.
Disappointed and will not return. 🙁

WENT HERE TONIGHT 5/27/24 and got the McChicken $5 meal for my baby girl. Got home and I instantly checked her sandwich to find ROTTEN LETTUCE ON IT!!!!!! Couldn’t scrape it off cus it was smiley and had soaked to the meat. COULD HAVE MADE MY CHILD VERY SICK AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Girl in the front drive thru window was all on her phone while holding my bag of food and not even paying attention. Worst place ever. Manager didn’t seem to care at all and seemed to have an attitude so I will be contacting corporate. HELATH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN

We have been here two times and it has never been a pleasant experience. For one, they never have ketchup. The most recent time, we had 4 separate orders. The worker behind the counter was not eager to take our order. There was nobody else there except for our group and hardly anyone in drive thru. Every single order was messed up in some way. Nobody got a drink, we had to ask numerous times. When we finally got our drinks, one person didn’t get the drink she ordered. The food was very sloppily thrown together and there was barely anything on my deluxe sandwich. There was hardly any salt on the fries, and the chicken nuggets were like leather. One of our group didn’t even receive half of her order. Not to mention, hardly any tables were clean. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

Never seen a McDonald’s that didn’t have a fountain drink machine? The server had the most unwelcoming attitude I may have ever seen. We were trying to eat and the same young girl was trying to sweep under the table we were eating at! This same girl was slamming chairs on top of tables, slamming the trash can lids. The fryer alarm went off the ENTIRE time we were there. We went to get our large drinks refilled AT the counter and we’re told they could only refill them with medium cups? So 3 new cups later we had medium drinks refilled while paying for large. I hope a manager or owner reads this because that is such a waste. Your employees also need better training or shown the door…

Camden Ar McDonald’s is a JOKE! 10 minutes waiting on a drink?? A DRINK!! They’d make the drink and just walk off!? Then got the manger telling them “don’t make anymore soda sales” this McDonald’s needs to get with the program! It needs to go stright in the toilet! Hire people that actually KNOW how to do the job!

We spend money to play monopoly, and on three separate trips now, we’ve been shorted pieces. Our most recent, we got nuggets, fries, and drinks. Only the nuggets had one piece each.
We notice that they switch out drinks with those that don’t have pieces in the drive thru.

Very disappointed in the visit today. I went through the drive through, and at early lunch hour 1130ish, I was surprised at how fast the line was moving. Got to the pay window and their printer was down so no receipt. At the pickup window , they ask us to drive around and my husband politely declined, so we sat and waited. Got our food pretty quickly, the order was correct, and we drove away. Here’s the part I disliked so greatly. Upon inspection of my burger after the second bite, I find that the bottom bun had been salt and peppered heavily. Because of declining to drive forward, the staff CAKED a thick layer of salt and pepper onto the bottom bun, and on top of the cheese. To make it edible I had to scrape it off, and most of the cheese with it. Do better Camden McDonald’s. This could have been life threatening if it were someone with blood pressure problems, all just to be petty.
