Never had a problem with service . My main complaint is that all the food tastes blan like cardboard . Burgers that is. Thought I had covid or something . Thought I’d lost the sense of taste till I ate somewhere else and it was alright. McDonald’s food is not good . Along time ago they were good.. But now? Just the fries or sausage biscuit every so often.

The first time I came the cashier was really sweet and patient. After the first time, there was an older cashier that did not know how to use the cash register or the app so did not bother ordering. She was also really rude and did not even ask for someone to help her. Me and four other people left that day because of her.

The service I received today was absolutely mortifying. They were beyond rude and made me wait over 20 min for my meal which was 2 hot cakes, a chicken sandwich and two triple cheeseburgers. They were more worried about their drive through times than their customer service skills. Then when they gave me my food finally, it looked disgusting. Pitiful!!!! If the Mac Crispy sandwich is supposed to be their try at beating Popeye’s chicken sandwich there is NO WAY. This is the most pitiful sandwich ever! I’ll go to Popeye’s next time.

Worse experience ever at a McDonald’s.. Employees always got an attitude whenever you ask for ketchup on the drive-through and only give you one packet of ketchup, no napkins.. Never can get an order right I just ordered chicken nuggets with sweet-and-sour sauce and I got chicken nuggets with ranch instead.. 30 minutes in line for chicken nuggets and ranch are you kidding me.. to make it worst the nuggets where cold.. e

SMH this place gets so much business because of the lack of options in this town so its like we all gind our teeth and bear it. The food is usually good but if u have a special order you had best check it before u leave, the service here is less then acceptable tho there are a few employees who know there jobs and handel them well all but for service with a smile. The place is usually clean for the most part , you just never stop to think how much the atmosphere of any place is affected by the people in it until u frequent a place like this one .

If you are not using the mobile phone app to order your happy meal, sorry to have to tell you that you are throwing money away and denying yourself and family of free food. Many perks on the McDonald’s app. Free stuff for your birthday, buy one get one for a penny, rewards, deals…. It may take a minute to get comfortable with it, trust me you will and you’ll be Loving it.
