After waiting in line for about 5 minutes, the manager came over after her worker told her to put a code in. ( that’s how she catches her attention) Yesterday, I ordered a 4 for $6 & received an hot & spicy instead of a regular chicken sandwich. The manager told me, since I didn’t call the restaurant yesterday about my order, I couldn’t get my regular chicken sandwich.

Was not greeted when we came in…we placed a dine in order at the kiosk and it sat on the counter was not told it was ready stood at the counter and had to ask for my drinks. There was no ice in the machine napkins or anything out front…. They seemed to only help the people they personally knew…. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke with management, who offered no apology and rudely replied “someone was supposed to fix it”…. I asked why there was no sign on the mirror notifying customer’s…..especially because of young children….. deer in the head lights look and just walked away!!!

Poorly managed, neither fast nor food ! Seriously , how do you screw up making french fries ! I gave them to my dog and he wouldn’t eat them (and he eats cat crap on the regular.) I pretty much gave up on Mickey D’s a long time ago but when I am on a road trip it’s something I can eat without getting it in my lap. $12 for a hamburger and raw fries, I was a customer for 60 years, I won’t be back…………ever.

The service I received today was absolutely mortifying. They were beyond rude and made me wait over 20 min for my meal which was 2 hot cakes, a chicken sandwich and two triple cheeseburgers. They were more worried about their drive through times than their customer service skills. Then when they gave me my food finally, it looked disgusting. Worse experience ever at a McDonald’s.. Employees always got an attitude whenever you ask for ketchup on the drive-through and only give you one packet of ketchup, no napkins.. Never can get an order right I just ordered chicken nuggets with sweet-and-sour sauce and I got chicken nuggets with ranch instead.. 30 minutes in line for chicken nuggets and ranch are you kidding me.. to make it worst the nuggets where cold.. e

This McDonald’s is the absolute worst I have ever been to in my life. When the staff isn’t outright rude or hostile, they take 40 minutes just to get to the point where I can tell them my mobile order code. After that, it sometimes takes another 30 minutes to get up to the window where they’ve already clicked the button to make it disappear to save on their times and they have to ask me for my receipt to see what I ordered within 50 ft of them. Then they still get the food wrong. I wish corporate would come out and see how they do things. If it wasn’t the only McDonald’s for 30 miles and open 24 hrs it would have gone under long ago.
