I ordered three hot and spicy patties and two double cheeseburgers. They messed up on my order twice and when I finally got the correct order. The hot and spicy patties had lettuce and mayonnaise on them. I went back in and they replaced them but I don’t understand why I had to to begin with. If the order was done incorrectly shouldn’t it have just been replaced with new items.

They were under a boil advisory so we couldn’t get the fountain drinks that come with the meals so we had to get bottled water. And they still upcharged us for them. My chicken patty and the bread was burned. We had 7 people order meals and they wanted to charge us for 1 extra sauce and seemed rude about it. We were just passing through but we definitely won’t stop again.

Been through the drive thru here 3 times and why didn’t I check my food before I left the third time I’m not sure (wasn’t coreect the first 2 times) but I get back to Glenmora only to see I received something that clearly isn’t what I ordered it had the correct wrapper in it saying plain however, it wasn’t!!!!!
