I like going to McDonalds in Jena because it’s convenient and the food is usually good and most of the time my order is correct. However there have been several times when the ice cream machine hasn’t been working, which can be disappointing. I’ve also noticed that sometimes the dining area could use a little more attention when it comes to cleanliness. i think with more consistent maintenance and cleaning, this location could be even better. overall, its still a quick and easy grab a meal in Jena.

Placed a mobile order. Than I left my house that’s not even 5 minutes away. NONE OF MY FOOD WAS FRESH. We got by the church and felt the food. Fries were cold, burgers wasn’t even warm. I called up there and the manager gonna tell me that my food was fresh and got. How so when I asked for fresh fries no salt. Salt was on our fries.

What in the world has happened to McDonald’s in Jena, Louisiana y’all need to close this place down. No inside service. Just strictly drive-through service. I’ve been in line for almost 35 minutes. This is ridiculous.

On March 25th, we waited about 50 minutes from the time we drove in until receiving our food due to a McDonald’s corporate inspection. I understand safety & quality control from corporate is absolutely necessary, but when their inspection slows down the normal operation and flow of customers getting their orders in a timely manner, I don’t believe corporate would be pleased with that specific inspector for what transpired yesterday. Their inspector & inspection did the exact opposite or what McDonald’s is going for.
We got barely warm sandwiches due to the inspector holding everything up. The McDonald’s worker was nice and apologized for the extremely long wait and upsized our fries as I’m sure she did for the other customers that chose to actually stay in line at the drive through and order.
We seen multiple vehicles drive around since the line wasn’t moving and go somewhere else. Had we not already placed our order & paid, we would’ve done the same.

I took my granddaughter out for the day, and she wanted to go to McDonald’s to eat and play in the playground. When we arrived and went inside, we found no other customers in the place besides one poor old man who had apparently been waiting way too long.
The “workers” kept coming to the front of the store to ask him questions and completely ignored my granddaughter and me. We didn’t even get a “We’ll be with you in a minute,” a “Hi,” or anything else.
When the old man finally got his food and started to leave, he looked at me and said, “Good luck, you’re going to need it.”
So, I waited and waited and finally decided to use their kiosk, which was broken. I tried the second one, which was “Closed.” (Side note: if you’re going to ignore your customers at the counter, your kiosks should 100% work.)
I then tried the app, which couldn’t even find the store I was standing inside. We waited and waited, and no one ever came to the front of the place to wait on us. After about 15 minutes of not even being greeted, we left and went to your competitor next door.
You can rest assured that I will never step foot in this McDonald’s or any other McDonald’s again. This level of disregard for customers is completely unacceptable.

Why advertise the McRib is back if you’re ALWAYS “out at this time”?

Food is typical of McDonald’s, biggest gripe is I ordered it two days ago and finally got it this afternoon. The drive thru line gives you plenty of time to contemplate terrible life decisions. Like coming to this McDonald’s for instance.

I drive for Lyft so I had a ride to Jena this morning. Stopped in for breakfast and wanted a large caramel frappe no whip extra espresso and then an egg and cheese biscuit. The person working the window who appeared to be a manager informed me it would be over $12!!!! He run me up for a sausage egg cheese and then out no sausage. No sir thats not how it works. Went next door to sonic and had a much better experience and got the sandwich I wanted for a lot less.
