When we walked in for lunch, we were greeted with a smile and sat immediately. Drink order was taken right away and I went with hot oolong tea to warm me up. We ordered a handful of appetizers to start: spring rolls, fresh spring rolls, crab rangoons, and pot stickers. It all came out nice and hot and everything was sooo good and packed with unique flavors. The fresh spring rolls were big and had 2 large shrimps per half, which is very adequate. The peanut sauce was traditional and consistency was great.
For my entree, I ordered a small pho with tofu and the added vegetables to make it more heartier. The pho broth was perfect for the soul, noodles tender, and veggies not overcooked. I thoroughly enjoyed my soup.
Service was awesome, food was ‘pho’nomenal, and it was fun to see robot Brian helping to serve food! I’ll definitely be back to try Hot Pot and dim sum.
BBQ pork buns were delectable, szichuan (sp?) dumplings were too!
The staff was kind, helpful and quick. Can’t recommend this place more.
Started with BBQ pork.
Dinner was hot pot. Portion size is incredible. Lots of layers in flavor. The owners are AMAZING! We ate the beef veggies, one spicy/one regular broth and each got different noodles. We left completely full and satisfied! Thank you!
Definitely recommend the fresh spring rolls, such a combination of flavors and the peanut sauce is hands down the best I’ve ever had.
We all did the hot pot, between us we got ramen, rice noodles, beef, lamb, and seafood, with both types of broth. We did the level 2 spicy broth, which was perfect for me as someone who enjoys the flavor but has the spice tolerance of an ice cube
All the food was delicious and the freshest that I’ve seen in any restaurant, and I can be quite picky about fresh vegetables.
The boba was also great, the Thai tea was delicious and the tapioca pearls were big and very soft but with the right amount of chew left.
You get enough that you can easily get full and have plenty to take home. I noticed a previous review mention styrofoam containers, this is no longer the case. We got large plastic soup containers to put our leftovers in along with a bag 🙂
The owner and everyone were so nice and friendly, and explained everything to us. The overall vibe from the staff was upbeat and joyful and made the whole experience really enjoyable.
The robot was on her break when we ordered but we did get to see her get back to work before we left, absolutely adorable.
Next time I’m excited to try some of their house made pho bowls! Can’t wait
The dumplings is also good (with that chili oil), but the pho was the star for me.
I was able to taste the Bun Bo Hue too, which is also good, but I’m more a pho person.
The owner was super nice and answered any questions we had.
