45 minute wait, 4 people waiting in the lobby. All individual orders. A party of 5 walked in while we’re all waiting and ordered at the counter, they got their food with 5 minutes.
After I got my order, there was no apology for the long wait. My iced coffee that I ordered was handed to me without ice.
Floors were greasy.

Never again, guy at the window took my card, didn’t provide receipt. I sat there while he spoke to another customer taking their order. I patiently waited, still at his window. He ignored the fact I’d not moved forward. He finally opened the window, only looking at me. He did not ask why I was still there. I advised I needed a receipt, then window closed, a few minutes later, he hands over the receipt. Never said a word. Then at the 2nd window, just dry. No hospitality. No customer service. I Should have known better….

The lady taking our order was very polite and quick with listening/keying the order/ response time. Most people these days dont use “good manner words” anymore (please, thank you, ma’am/ sir, etc), but this very kind lady did just that. The other person at the pickup window was also very kind, but the one taking the order and payment was just exceptional. This was 9/3/25 about 7pm. Food was good and fresh. The sprite was unfortunately only the carbonated water without flavoring. We didnt notice until we had already left. I’m sure they would have replaced the drinks if we would have brought them back but we didnt.

I’ve only been here twice, but each time it has been extremely slow service. They take forever to make anything. They cheat their system by showing that an order is ready on the screen but it hasn’t even been made yet.

We had a online mobile order there and it said online to pick the food up at the building, so we went up to that McDonald’s and when we pulled up to the window and gave the lady our code and all, she said the order didn’t come through and they didn’t have it ready. So we literally had to sit there, at the window, with at least 5 cars behind us, and reorder everything, and we had a really big order. Like, it was bigger than that math test my teacher made me ‘make up” after missing one day of school , But they got everything lined out and we got our food.

There was going to be a 5 to 10 minute wait in drive thru just to order so I left the drive thru line because I had to be somewhere else.

Said closed at 12:30 and at 11:56 pm October 20th we showed up trying to get something to eat for the drive threw light to be turned off at exactly 12:00am 30 minutes before it said they close obviously this place cares more about their time being spent on their phones or sum rather than their customers I don’t recommend this place solely because whoever left that employee to work that might shift doesn’t have the brain power to train him to give a crap about the money the company makes and more about their hours
