& don’t even deserve the 1 I gave came and brought my kids and their cousins to get food today & they had the nerves to give my kid tarter sauce instead of chicken nuggets and me not living close by I called to communicate that and they answer the phone don’t say nun then hang up or they either don’t answer & that’s sad knowing I come spend my hard earned money there just for yall to give my kids this shit I’ve been upset all day about this shit

Terrible service. Walked inside, only one in the front, 6 kids filling orders for the drive thru. I said is anyone working the front register. This is after a few minutes standing there without so much as a, “be with you in a moment sir”. Customer service training would definitely be beneficial. I’ve been going there for yrs but it’s just gradually gotten worse the past 20 yrs or so.

honestly why even have the job if you can’t do it right?? i have door dashed from here three different times within the last month and a half and every single time they mess something up. for today’s instance, i ordered the two plain and dry cheeseburger LARGE meal and a hot and spicy. they gave me the burgers all lop sided and clearly just wiped off the condiments and onions. they gave me a LARGE coke but a medium fry barley filled??? and then didn’t even send me my hot and spicy that i paid for. it’s honestly getting ridiculous. tried calling but naturally no answer.

The young lady at the drive through, 1st window, served us with a lovely smile. She was friendly, asked how our day was going, we had a nice conversation, she handed me my coffee, wished us a blessed day, we returned the blessing and left with a smile on our face. We will come back to this McDonalds next time we are in town.

0 stars. It will take you LESS time to drive to another mcdonalds location than to wait on your food here. Even through the drive thru, expect about a 20-30 minute wait on something as simple as a happy meal. Multiple occasions i’ve seen employees including the 4 o clock manager hanging outside like its a party with long lines waiting to be attended to. Ridiculously and unapologetically run down service.

I did a Delivery order through the app . Why they chose this location to fill the order i do not understood but if I could permanently unselect THIS LOCATION I would , they missed HALF MY ORDER ! . And it took an hour after the order was placed to even be filled (which I could over look IF I HAD ALL THE ITEMS I PAID FOR) . IDK what they are doing up there but it couldn’t possibly be a job (-10/10 actually )

Another 1 star McDonald’s. Ordered table service. Food came and she said “they’re making your coffee. I’ll bring it in a minute”. I knew they’d forget it… sure enough they did. I finished my food and went the counter to get my forgotten drink. It would be more efficient if errors like this weren’t made and employees don’t have to stop what they’re doing, backing up the line and drive thru, to do something they should have already done.
