I will not go back I went there when I got off work one night around 10:00 p.m. and there was nobody in the line with me and there was only a one car waiting on food and it took them 20 minutes to bring me my food and then they forgot my hot mustard sauce forgot one of my drinks and my fries were cold and they had a bunch of kids just standing at the windows and they’re playing rather than working there was only one girl in there working and she was doing both windows she had a nose ring she was she took my money at the first window then brought me one of my drinks at the second window by four other kids were in there just playing she was the only one working

This location should REALLY monitor the conversations they have over their headsets more closely! AND, the overlapping conversations that was taking place were by management, NOT team members! The drive-thru young lady was so sweet and courteous! However, you almost would not know it because the shift manager would NOT allow her to do her job and answer questions on her own! Food order was correct and fresh/tasty. No complaints there!

Employees need to adjust their attitude or find work not in the customer service field. Cashier didn’t speak or repeat order/cost once I made it to the window, just stared at me. Picking up the food- I ordered 3 drinks, two Dr. Peppers and a Coke. None of the buttons had been pushed down so I couldn’t tell which was which. Asked the worker and she said, “I DON’T KNOW.” She had made them and couldn’t believe I had the audacity to expect her to know what they were. The Manger came over and offered to remake them, which was the only saving grace. Please understand no customer is making you work there.

Fast service and hot food! I visited this McDonald’s right at 6 a.m. for breakfast. They quickly took my order over the intercom and made sure that I was able to use my points for a reward (check out the McDonald’s app-their rewards program is fabulous). I pulled up to the drive-thru window to get my food and it made me so happy that I was greeted with a very sincere Good Morning and a big smile. As I got my food the lady said have a nice day. The employees were super nice and very friendly. The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle that I ordered was on point. They’ve got it going on here y’all! Thank You for a great experience!

Waited 30 min as they were ignoring the drivethru 3 cars ahead of us. We got there well before breakfast ended. By the time we made our way to the speaker at 1040 we are informed that breakfast ended at 1030. Second time it has taken them way longer to answer the drivethru than it should have. I will not be going to this store again

Just left there to have a small lunch and they completely created my order wrong. After the little girl asked me twice what I wanted. The cashier rang the order correctly but the kitchen workers or the people pulling the orders just threw the food in the bag yet again. The fries where ice cold and the buns were burnt. I don’t not recommend this location at all. Horrible customer service and a long wait in the lobby to get my food

Had the drive through line waiting over 20mins and when Mrs. Carroll was told why she got a stanky attitude. I told her I wa tired of waiting for my order after waiting over 20mins. She even attempted to tell me to come in because I pulled forward. Poor customer service from top to bottom.
