I was not expecting this spot to be as authentic and delicious as it was. I’ve been back multiple times since. The food is so fresh and I can’t get enough. The location is great downtown, so close to everything which makes it a great spot for lunch or brunch before exploring downtown, or a lunch break.

Brunch at CHEZ FABY was delicious!! We ordered some iced lattes while checking out the menu and the lattes were served expeditiously. The Paris croissant was exactly what I needed to start my day. The croissant was really fluffy and warm! The chicken panini was tasty and the plate was loaded with greens. We also ordered the Nutella banana strawberry crepe. It had plenty of Nutella and the fruit was fresh. We can’t wait to come back here for brunch! Great job to the staff!

We waited 30 minutes to be seated during lunchtime on a Sunday, but worth it! So many exiting dish to choose from! My crepes with bacon, mushroom and salad was exceptional, and my husband loved his lasagna. The service was friendly and very attentive.
