Never have I ever been to a facility like this, In the line of fast food yes everyone is struggling and rushing but arriving to the store , going inside to order not greated not even to say be with you nothing we waited for 15 min even though a slinder women was standing at the food window a manager had to stop to take orders and another person keeped going out side to be-on his phone , when we did order we waited another 15-20 min for our food witch only my food and my husband’s fries came , not even hot fries , then noticed everyone touching there hair and hair nets mot washing hands , location, had no napkins table dirty ,then the lady with blue hair was doing nothing but yelling out things to everyone it was loud , my husband still didn’t get his sandwich ( witch he wanted the spicy and was told that was last month but they are still displaying it on the windows , a taller lady with a short straight bob was the only help fill on there, now its 825 and my husband still has had his sandwich with he had to ask for , for the third time,
I know fast food is hard and the rush times are hard but station employees accurately.

This team is the hope we have left in customer service. From the intercom to the window these ladies had positive attitudes and positive energy. That’s something that’s almost non existent this day and time. I made sure to let management know just how positive they are. A good staff is usually a result of good management. I hope they keep their attitudes and their spirits. It truly brighten my day.

April 18th 2025 visit. Great location. The girls wanted some McDonalds. The order taker was ok. The person bagging the food was really nice. No one was cleaning the dining area while I was there. They were excited to get the ice cream.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. We came after our son’s football game, tired! Every worker was so friendly, the lady who brought out our food was chatting with us about her son playing football. It’s rare these days to have excellent service, we stopped in for a quick bite and were blown away by everyone’s kindness! Keep up the good work.

I stood in line and watched 15 people come back from the drive through i should of left then . They not only missed stuff but they just threw food in the bag like a sport. 10/10 I don’t recommend this establishment

Worst experience everytime I go. The don’t answer their phone, despite putting an order in in the app i still sat at the curbside pickup for 30 minutes. Food is mediocre and drinks always taste flat.

First I ask for a iced coffee with no sugar and just cream. They gave me a hot coffee. They remake it with no cream. So I ask for cream and finally I get awful tasting coffee with one ounce of cream. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese BAGEL. I’ll just leave a picture of the monstrosity I got. Absolute awful place.

McDonalds get back to the basics. Train you staff on customer service and expirence… You cannot have bad food and bad customer service. Choose one or the other. The service and food here is trash… Used to be my favorite location.

Stop making the drinks when pop up on your screens. Especially when. Your drive is slow. Make the drinks when the customer gets to the WINDOW. We don’t wont anything to with flat soda. Also I asked for no onions yet there’s onions.

I’ve been a long-time customer at this location…. and to be getting treated horribly when using a McDonald’s app. Top it off waiting in the Drive-Thru line for about 30 minutes and then they serve me poorly fries back in the 90s McDonald’s used to care. I ran to corporate stores in California. Corporation used to be in Woodland Hills…. they need to bring back them secret shoppers… dislocation with a failed horribly on the drive through time and food quality.
