I consistently have excellent experiences at this Chick-fil-A in the Clift Farm area. No matter how busy they get, the customer service is always top-tier and incredibly friendly. The food is guaranteed to be fast and fresh every single time I visit. It is impressive how efficiently they manage the high volume of guests while maintaining such a high standard of quality. This is hands down my favorite location in Madison because of the reliability and the great team they have working there!

The best Chick-fil-A in the area, has the best drive through employee I’ve seen at any CfA – Mr. Danny.
To the store manager & corporate: the way Danny pulls up cars could really help other stores. He lines up the inside lane car with their front bumper just shy of the window, then he lines up the outside lane car driver window – with the drive through window. The runners aren’t blocked by cars in the inside lane, and have a direct path to the outside car. Very safe and efficient!

Branlen at this location was awesome! He was very friendly, professional, and was always there to check on us, refill our drinks and clear the table. He made our dinner out with the kids at Chick-fil-A more enjoyable. The food was great as always.

We recently stopped by Chick-fil-A, and once again, they reminded us why they’re consistently one of the best in the business. From the service to the food, this visit checked every box.
First, a huge shoutout to Ashley, our drive-thru server. She was absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, polite, attentive, and genuinely upbeat, she made the entire experience feel personal instead of transactional. Even in a busy drive-thru setting, she took the time to be warm and engaging, and that kind of service stands out. You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do, and Ashley definitely does.
The food was excellent, as always. One of my favorite items is their hash browns — or tater tots, as I like to call them — and they were perfect. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, hot, and freshly made. They’re the ideal breakfast side and one of those simple items Chick-fil-A just gets right every single time.
I also ordered my usual go-to: the chicken biscuit with sliced tomatoes added. It was really good. The chicken was hot, tender, and perfectly seasoned, the biscuit was buttery and soft, and the sliced tomatoes added a fresh, balanced touch that takes it to another level. It’s a simple customization, but it makes the sandwich even better, and Chick-fil-A never disappoints when it comes to consistency.
What continues to impress me most is how smooth and efficient everything runs. Orders are accurate, the line moves quickly, and the food is always fresh. Even when they’re busy, the experience never feels rushed or chaotic.

This Chick-fil-A is always packed. I used the Mobile Drive-thru and with the app it saves some time. You can also redeem rewards on the app. Food is consistently good. Workers are always friendly and working hard. Parking lot is small tho and in and out is tight. Never know why Chick-fil-A always seems to prefer a tight squeeze. I guess they know people will come.

Today was a very busy day not only I came in with a group of 3adults and 20 students, it was lunch time on a work day. But the workers still made everyone feel comfortable and all of our food came out quick with no problems. Our food was delicious and workers are like always happy and welcoming.

Awful service. Kids just standing around not working like it was social hour. My sandwich was served to me cold 3 times had to ask for a warm one. Zero work ethic. One young man, tall slender possibly the shift manger seemed to care and a girl that was training were very nice.

Ugh, I’m so bummed about my Chick-fil-A experience today . We love Chick-fil-A. My 10-year-old daughter and I go through the Drive-thru every Thursday evening after her dance class. Today was a huge disappointment. Going through the Drive-thru getting home to find the French fries were way overcooked and not at all tasting like the norm.
Thursdays are my night not to cook. Finally got home, my daughter was ready to devour her meal, and the fries were overcooked, hard, and just not what Chick-fil-A is known for serving

I never thought I’d say anything negative about any Chick-fil-A, but this location needs a lesson in management being courteous to customers and all employees being on one accord with training!
I mobile ordered a Southwest Salad base on the evening of 23 October with extra beans, corn and tomatoes (extra charge). After arriving home, I noticed my extra tomatoes weren’t all there, which has happened before. I called around 2pm on 25 October to give feedback on my experience, and the young female supervisor had a very nonchalant attitude. She was very quiet, barely asked questions, didn’t offer to replace it (which I wasn’t expecting it), and asked in a very dry tone, “So what would you like us to do about it?”
This isn’t my first bad experience with this location, but what I’ve noticed is they are inconsistent when it comes to their training as I’ll receive different results depending on who it is and what day it is.
This behavior is very unfortunate, but this is why I frequent the Town Madison location as I do not have problems there!
