Been through three times in two days, first time ordered two ice mocha coffees no whipped cream and large fry, got cold I mean cold fries and the iced coffee had whipped cream on both, gave them back and took the fries back in to get fresh fries, they gave us mocha frappe instead of iced coffee by that time we just took it and left. They can’t get the orders straight.

If I were able to give the staff a negative rating, I would. This McDonald’s has the absolute worst service in town. They never have menu items and the staff is unbelievably rude and compulsive liars. If you order on the mobile app and dont have the menu item they will tell you that YOU have to cancel it on the app. They know this is a lie, it is just to get you to leave without refunding you.I can guarantee that if you visit this store you not have a positive experience. This is a direct result of poor management, which is evident in the turnover rate of employees, who rarely last 3 months. The other McDonald’s in the area have excellent customer service- I would advise driving out of your way to avoid this place. This store needs a new management team.

Stopped to get breakfast this morning on the way to work, made it all the way to Mansfield road to work, started eating my food and drinking my coke, then my husband told me to stop drinking cause he found stuff in his drink, I don’t know what it is but we both had it in the drinks, this place has always been horrible, they are always rude and don’t care. I have heard of dead flies in the drinks and food that is bad……if they don’t start watching and cleaning they are going to make someone really sick or even kill someone if they get really sick.

I ordered through the drive a small burger, fries, and a fish sandwich. When I picked it up the girl repeated my order therefore I assumed it was all in bag. No hamburger so I turned around and went in store to get burger. No one said sorry, thank you, nothing they just laughed because I had to return. VERY RUDE. And what are they getting paid now per hour. Your service is terrible

I’m not liking the remodel. We did curbside and it took more than 20 minutes. Plus our food was wrong. I seen 2 other people go in to fox their orders while I waited. We only had 3 happy meals and a quarter pounder. Our experience here is usually a little better. Seems to be getting worse and worse.

These people can’t understand an order..we ordered 2 burgers, 2 chocolate shakes and 1 large fry: one with mayo and one with mustard..all we got was meat, cheese and mayo or mustard.. nobody said only meat and cheese. Had to explain this 4 times then they want to get an attitude and slam the window closed. Will not be back to this location
