The food is as good as McDonald’s can be. I can say I’ve never had this McDonald’s tell me that their ice cream machine is down for the night. The staff is helpful. I guess the only complaint I have is that the restrooms could be kept more tidy.

Wow! Let me tell you about the experience I just had. I’m getting off from working a 12-hr shift and I’m looking for breakfast for myself and my family. This particular McDonalds isn’t exactly my neighborhood Mcds but it’s one that we’ve frequented.

I’m down to my last two bites of my breakfast bacon and cheese bagel when my son says he just pulled a piece of hair out of his mouth from his meal – hotcakes and bacon. As he’s saying this I feel something in my mouth and what do we have here…a hair. Two pieces of hair clearly contaminated the bacon, the common food item between us.

We call to inform this establishment of what we’ve discovered and the woman told us to bring the food back in order to rectify the situation.

Am I to bring back the chewed up food I spit out when the contamination was discovered? Because besides that and a bite, I was pretty much already done with my sandwich. My son didn’t finish his bacon, but are we suppose to return that as well?

I just can’t believe that customers, who actually still enjoy fast food like McDonalds, are basically screwed over because of health violations that the restaurant doesn’t want to correct on your behalf.

I’m not looking for a free meal or a refund. Even if the woman just acknowledged their mistake, I like to think of myself as an understanding individual and things happen. But the way she handled this situation was very upsetting.

I’m only leaving this review because I don’t believe that as customers that still patronize these establishments are being treated fairly and properly. Do you have money to waste? How would you feel already suffering through a hard bagel only to find out mid-meal that there was hair not only in your sandwich but on your child’s food as well.

I know the restaurant couldn’t care less about their ratings which is probably why they have a 3.0, however the employee’s disregard for customer care and satisfaction should be noted and I’m going to keep pursuing this matter.

Hmm. Tried the double cheeseburger small fries and coke. Wow! Shocked at how small the buns and patties are. Taste was okay. Drive through service was fine. My wife choose the fila fish and commented how small the bun is. The fish seemed the regular size. Year’s ago we frequented McDonald’s. For the cost seems the quality and value has greatly diminished. I hope McDonald’s can bring back smiling faces and happiness to their employees and customers.

Worst McDonald’s ever. They serve drive through before dine in and pickup. I waited 40 minutes for a cheeseburger, coke, and hot chocolate. They marked it picked up after 11 minutes. I asked multiple people about it. They were all rude, snippy, and the manager ignored me. Then one of them went in the back complaining and yelling at the manager for not Being a manager. Avoid this at all costs. If I could have just cancelled my order, I would have. Once they marked it picked up, you can’t cancel. $6 isn’t worth that wait and experience. The poor little boy in line waiting next to me was crying for his happy meal. Five drive through customers came in while I was waiting complaining their orders were wrong.

Just ordered for pickup. Arrived with 4 cars still in the drive thru. After the last of those cars went through, I expected to get my food. 3 additional cars ordered and got their food in the drive thru. I got the employees attention to ask about my food and she said it would be 10-15 more minutes! Two meals. Not hard.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes in the curbside parking for then to get my order wrong. Went inside to get it corrected and they shorted me. I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and 3 cheeseburgers. I got 2 double cheeseburgers and 4 cheeseburgers. So they stole from me and wonder why people yell at them. Terrible. Do not recommend. Do not go to this location

I wish I could give a lower rating. Do not go here. This place is gross, the workers r so bad I thought I needed to make a whole review about it bc it’s that bad. I don’t usually take the time to do this- but I’m so angry. It’s the closest McDonald’s to our house and iv tried to bring my kid multiple times… thinking maybe they were just having a bad day. I won’t go back it’s absolutely horrible

Came in to pickup an order I placed through the app, drive thru employee had no clue of where my order was said it may be set for inside pickup. Went inside to talk to someone confident which I didn’t find. Order still nowhere to be found and the lady asked me to show her the order she returned after I showed the order to her with an incomplete order and the wrong items. Sweet tea looked like they poured me water with a hint of tea, tasted like water as well. ordered a normal hot N spicy and they gave me a hot n spicy from someone else’s order that had ADD American cheese on the sandwich. Worst experience I’ve had with a McDonald’s. I don’t expect much from fast food establishments but this was bottom of the barrell.

This location is struggling for quality leadership in a bad way. Every aspect from the food quality, staff service, to the wait times are horrible. The franchise company, Valuzzo, has their logo and brand plastered all over the restaurant. If I were them, I would think twice and wouldn’t be too proud to have my personal brand associated with this mess of a restaurant. Easily one of the worst McDonald’s in the parish. They even refuse to give out receipts. Enjoy the photo of my poorly made cheeseburger on half of a Mac bun.

Do NOT come here if you’re in a hurry. Waited 5+ minutes in one line as cars in the other line are steady going. No one spoke on the speaker until spoken to. THEN waited at the windows for an additional 5 minutes for food. I can understand being short staffed but maybe 5pm isn’t the best time to have two workers in the entire building! This has been on multiple occasions around the same time.
