Ordered through the mobile app for several breakfast items and a mocha frappe. When in the drive through we were asked to pull up and wait for the frappe (not unusual. After waiting over 15 minutes I went inside to see if there was a problem, to which I was told that they don’t even have frappes and I could get an iced or hot coffee instead. We were never told at the window that frappes were not available. This was a complete waste of time.

Absolutely disgusting. I order my husband a burger and when he got home to and open his burger there was an acrylic nail inside instead of it . I called and asked to speak the manager the girl put me on hold and came back and said “don’t nobody in here wear acrylic nails in here” and proceeds to hang up in my face ….. I told time I have blue nails on so I couldn’t possibly done that myself .

This place is very disrespectful rude and I’ll never come to this establishment again. First off I walk through the door and sees no one at the register but see a worker standing there in the phone listening to music and on her social media. I tried to get her attention she didn’t answer, a little bit came in right behind me and screamed hey! Get off your phone you have a customer. She then proceeds to say don’t holler at me, I then said these fries are old can I get more she jerked the fries out my hand. Then went to make more. Then she told the girls that were behind be to go to the kiosk because she not taking the order. I had to ask for the manager because if this is customer service I don’t want anything to do with THIS place. The Manager had to yell at her to put her phone up during hours the girl said she didn’t care and why.

I Sat in the second lane for at least 5 minutes while the other lane took orders. I was told to hold on. I’m fine with that. But I watched a car come up and order from the other lane and heard nothing. I was told to be patient as they were taking an order and can’t control the other line. I know how drive thru work and know that someone could have gotten my mobile order. This is ridiculous. Two cars went before me with no wait. The person I dealt with had a huge attitude as well. I don’t give attitude unless people come after me get services or you give me an attitude. If you can’t take an order in that lane close it.

It close to my house and I was starving after working and got yet another raw burger. I’m not going to the Florida Blvd location anymore. I threw all my food out and ate ramen because I was too tired to go back.

I ask for a quarter plain pounder, of course after I left the window and it was not plain. I walked back to the window and the girl didn’t even ask what was wrong so she knew she gave me the wrong thing. She said wait in my car and they would replace the burger. I waited 14 minutes so my fries were cold when I got home, I tossed then, then I took a bite of the burger. I tore it in half so I could take this picture. Of course I tossed it. No one answer the phone there. I gave up. I will never buy burgers there again.

Don’t understand why there are 2 lanes, only to be told I’ll be right with you or just a moment and the other lane gets a car and their order is being taken. No one even management has a sense of urgency. Yes it’s the generation but a skill set is taught! There’s literally no one in the parking lot someti.es and you still have to wait. Not often is the order right, although, it may be a reading thing but to wait and still get it wrong or COLD is crazy! I see the rating is 3.4, but it should probably be a 3. Seeing how i know how this works I will forever give you all a review.
