It’s one of the better McDonald’s in town. Nice building. On campus. The service is always lousy here and the atmosphere is very crowded usually. As a delivery driver it requires a lot of waiting for orders I’m not making enough for. So the slowness doesn’t help. I’ve gotten into it with management at this McDonald’s before. He was very rude to me. But I am glad I don’t see him around anymore. Not the best in town but still stop here often. I always recommend Nelson..

Look i’m not one of those people to write a review about a place, but tonight is different. My girlfriend and I ordered some food on the app and drove over to this location. As we arrive we saw that there were multiple cars in a large line, at 3 am mind you. We accepted that we going to have to wait and which we did because we ordered Online. The wait was long and the food was ok, but we had waited for so long to get something that was mid and our food was almost given away to the care ahead of us. By the time we got to the window, we received our food but not our drinks. My girlfriend and I had ordered a Sweet tea and a Diet coke. my girlfriend got her drink, which was the last of the sweet tea that was made, but Where is my drink? After 5-8 minutes of waiting AGAIN, i was fed up and left. After an hour of waiting i had to wait another 5-10 minutes for a medium diet coke? Are you Serious?! I will never be eating at this Mcdonalds ever again or Mcdonalds itself ever again.

I just received this picture sent to me by my wife. I was completely shocked. This was Happy meal given to my daughter.When my daughter opened the lid at home, she unexpectedly found that there was a dead fly in the orange juice in the cup.The thing is she had already taken a few sips of the orange juice before she opened the lid.I don’t know how to express my current feelings.

Place a order off the app. Where I know every thing is put in correct. They still can’t get it right. Order a double and get a single. Order sweet and sour sauce and get bbq, for my daughters nuggets.

It’s 4am, I’m cranky and want breakfast, I drive up to order and it takes too long, because I’m impatient I drive to the window and ask what’s going on. Instead of getting defensive and being rude, the manager (I’m assuming) was totally kind about it. Took my order, did her best to rush my food, and all in all just gave me great customer service.
Great attitude, great food, will come back.

Ordered over $60 worth of food and all the fries looked like this. And this was after bringing it to their attention the lack of fries. Also several items that was suppose to have monopoly pieces did not.

We ordered via app, picked up drive-through since it was very late (I know usually around 9 or 10 pm parking is not an option anymore). We did pull up to wait for our order:/ lol, but no problem, it was fast-service and everything we ordered was there. Most impressively were the 3 employees (at both windows and the ‘hand-off’ guy) were very pleasant & curteous
