This was at the 610 E Snyder Dr, Decatur, IL 62526 location around 8:15 on 11/03/25.
We decided to grab some late dinner after I got off of work at a very close business. She got the 6pc chicken strip basket and I decided to get the 4pc sweet chili chicken basket. We are BEYOND disappointed in the service. First of all, $31 for the two meals. I get it, inflation and so on. But $31for this??? Barely any fries in either of the baskets. I thought DQ was supposed to be better than McDonalds? Looks to be like they’re not, especially the ones around here anymore. DQ service, especially at this location has gone WAYYY down hill. Someone needs to train them properly or get people in there who genuinely care about their customers.

I ordered a peanut butter parfait with no peanuts no hot fudge I requested caramel and pecans. I was Charged $9.10, I have gotten it before and only paid seven and change a few different times. This time I got caramel, but no pecans very disappointed. 610 Snyder ST Decatur Illinois

Did the custom cake for my wife’s birthday from the online ordering. After ordering I realized that I wanted a change and was afraid it was too late. Spoke with I think the GM. His name was David. He assured me that my needs were going to be taken care of. The cake turned out more than perfect! Exactly what I wanted! And my wife was very pleased! Will continue to order from this location and David was amazing! Thank You!

I am so frustrated because it does not matter which DQ I go to my peanut buster parfait never looks like the picture. The ice cream does not make it above the rim of the parfait cup. They put a cap on it, so there is clearly space for more ice cream. I never get my money’s worth.
The photos are from two different DQ stores. And yes, the one was already starting to melt before they gave it to me. I guess I need to order it with a request to make it look like the picture.

To start off my frozen blizzard clearly isn’t “frozen” (the whole reason for visiting) fell down trying to place in cup holder and wasted everywhere. I’m already upset it fell but now so have a mess to clean up when it shouldn’t have wasted because it was supposed to be frozen and delivered upside down right??? None of which happened. Then to make things worse my food is COLD. 45 min wait for COLD food and what appears to be a kids meal. Sooooo disappointing. I have to put my drink in the freezer and heat my food up. At this point I should have gotten a microwave dinner. This just topped off the night after the long wait anticipation of frozen and hot goodness. I would hope this will be rectified. And i have no idea what’s going on with this ranch. It’s more solid than my blizzard. Time delayed with this review as I was writing it on the wrong establishment. I literally sat in the vehicle to write this review on this experience. It’s that bad!

Two visits, three failures! Bowl of chili as you can see in the picture was not full and was all soup! No beans, no meat nothing! Just soup! The bag of crackers was open! And the picture of the Hamburger, looked at all the mustard and it was suppose to be a double with everything!

Maybe the largest and nicest DQ I have been in since I was a kid! Good service – quality Blizzard. Tons of seating and a huge freezer stocked with cakes and other classic treats to go. Extensive food menu – will have to try another time – this was strictly a dessert run! Clean washrooms too!

Service was horrible. Employee working the counter barely spoke, when she did it was full of attitude and she had a permanent scowl on her face. It was like how dare we visit for food and make her work. She was busy yelling at 2 kids who I guess were hers for most of our visit. This was a first and last visit for us.
