I’ve never had issues here before, but this day seemed to be off. It was lunch and there were lined but I used the kiosk but had to pay at the counter. The clerk help the person in front on Mr then walked off. All the tables were dirty and we asked for a towel and someone did go the clean but started at an empty table so we moved to that one. The food was good but I guess this location cuts the cheese in half and charge fir the other half. 1st time seeing this. But overall was ok. I would takeout not fine in next time.

Drove through this restaraunt and ordered one of their basic menu items at about 2:30 in the afternoon. I was second in drive through, but still was told to go park to the side of the lot. Took another 15 minutes before I received my food. For that time of day, and the amount of people at this restaraunt, it seemed longer than normal to get something as simple as a Quarter pounder with cheese!

This place needs to be shut down for one they are rude you can order a cold drink they problaly tell you pull to one of the slots and someone will bring it when you the only person. In line. Now who in their right mind gives a customer one dipping sauce with two 20 piece nuggets and still give you the wrong sauce you ask for at least get that right.

Came on July 19th at around 6pm ordered the 20 pc nuggets w the basket of fries. Girl in the first window acts as if she doesn’t like her job. Her energy on the microphone was horrible. You don’t respond to a customer with the phrase “that’s it?” That is plain rude. The young girl in the second window who handed me my food had “EXCELLENT” customer service along with a beautiful smile. With a positive attitude like that, she should be given a manager shirt. It’s sad how y’all want just anybody working y’all’s restaurant with nasty attitudes and it makes them look ugly. My last time coming here. Fries were hot but the nuggets were stale.

I’m on the road so didn’t check my Egg Mcmuffin until I got home to eat. There is no egg to speak of and the cheese was on wrapper more than bun. This is awful you pat over $3 for this and it’s missing the main component. They knew and didn’t care. The bag was greasy too. Not good oh and when asked a question about the jelly the young man acted like I was asking him to hand over priceless artifacts.

6:30 AM THEY PUT MY COFFEE IN THE MICROWAVE. LADY TOLD THE MANAGER SHE HAD TO GO TO THE MICROWAVE AND WHEN SHE CAME BACK I FOUND IT WAS MY COFFEE SHE PUT IN IT. LEFT THE STORE AND COFFEE WAS COLD. MY THIRD TRIP TO THIS STORE IN ABOUT 6 MONTHS. NOW I REMEMBER WHY I DONT EAT THERE.

Very very rude service and very mistreated,im not from around and I know how i like my food I went through the drive through to order 2 snack wraps no ranch add bacon the lady in drive through stated I have to get the spicy snack wrap because if you remove the ranch we can’t sell it, I have never once been told that since ive been ordering them, and seeing that I decided to go in i made the order on the kiosk and after receiving the food the lady at the counter gave me a rude go to hell look and said here’s your food I asked for my drink and she said here take the cup,very very rude get your staff in line.
