I placed a mobile order. It took a long time in the drive thru, and then they didn’t give me all of my food, so I had to park and get down to get the rest of my food. It was a total of 16 minutes that I was there waiting for my “fast food”.

My drive through experience at this McDonald’s was near perfect. I definitely received friendly and quick service. The accuracy of the order was greatly appreciated. The food easily met my expectations of quality and taste. Good Job!

This is my favorite McDonald’s! 🙂 But I just left with my mobile order missing some of my food. 🙁 I know y’all are busy, but please double check everything is in there! I usually do myself, but I don’t think that should be necessary. :/ RIP to the $2 gone. Keep up the good work otherwise!

This is a great McDonald’s, regardless of what reviews from a year ago say. I’m from Oklahoma and was trying to find a decent breakfast this A.M.. ignored reviews and it was a GREAT idea.
The entire staff is so friendly and the food was super fast, and it was hot! The frappe was blended really well (rare for McDonald’s lol). They even complimented me when they brought my food out! I absolutely love this place.

The manager was doing a job interview at the table right beside me while I waited on my food. The girl was young & I felt sorry for her because he was talking down to her like she was stupid, and she wasn’t. I had to bite my tongue from saying something to him. I have a daughter & would not want her talked to that way. Then he got up & went behind the counter. His elbow was bleeding & he was back where the food was being prepared. We told the sweet cashier to tell him so he wasn’t around the food. She told him, but he stayed. She then took him a towel, which he refused & continued to fuss at the employees. He looked right at us so he knew customers complained. So I told him he didn’t need to be around food while his elbow was bleeding. He referred to me as Baby when he answered me & said he wasn’t around the food. That was NOT an appropriate way to speak to me & he was informed of that.. Then he told me that it happened a while ago, but it was definitely still bleeding. I told him then he should have taken care of it then. It was a health concern that he was around food, it needed to be covered & the health dept. would shut him down if they walked in. He said he was trying to leave but wasn’t around the food. He was around the food, I was standing right there watching him. A manager needs to treat the employees and customers with respect. He does not and should not have a position of authority.

9:50 pm the restaurant was completely blacked out. Hard to see if it was open. I ordered & she ran my coupon & there was no chance. Guess she didn’t notice. The manager finally flipped on the lights. I asked for a refund due to the clueless nasty staff. Manager refunded one item. I asked for the whole refund. Horrible service. I’m guessing they keep the lights off so they don’t get customers.

Mr Glen Comeaux is amazing. He’s an exceptional man who knows business. I think he’s the manager at this location. I never have any problems when he is there and he has an amazing attitude ALL the time. I think this man deserves a raise. I’ve never dealt with anyone who’s is the same nice sweet person every single time I go. The service is always in great time and correct and if not and he’s there it’s never a problem to fix it. Thank you Mr. Glen Comeaux for being who you are.

25-30 minutes for our food to be finished. For chicken nugget meals and 2 qt. Pounder meals. Although the restaurant was clean. And people weren’t rude. Food was decent also just took entirely too long for fast food

they don’t hear us in the speaker and they say “I couldn’t hear you say that again” after we said it 3 times and they get our order wrong. The inside of the place is a disaster and I think McDonalds should focus on getting hearing aids for their workers and some skillful janitors to actually clean up the place before a new version of coronavirus starts again. I would rather go to sonic they have better service then McDonald’s

Not very busy and couldnt get our order done right TWICE. We ordered a hot and spicy chicken meal with an extra hot and spicy. I want to add extra pickles and mayo on one with a medium fry and coke. We got our food and parked in the parking lot. There were no pickles and my medium fry was half empty. A guy came up and said they gave us the wrong food and that he had the right order. Again there were no pickles and it was written on the recipt and paper on the food. Very unorganized and apparently not paying attention. Better work next time. Sorry to leave a bad review but very upsetting and kind of pathetic. Such a simple order and even my coke was flat .
