I don’t usually eat at McDonalds but we were starving. The exits are many miles apart and there wasn’t much to pick from. Stopped here and the place was nasty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. All the tables were dirty. I had to use a wet paper towel to somewhat clean a table off. The employees weren’t rude and seemed polite. However, they didn’t show any urgency for cleaning up the mess or refilling the items at the drink dispenser. They were out of lids. The place where the lids went was dirty. No napkins and no straws. The restroom was much worse unfortunately . Women’s only two stalls and the used toilet paper mountain almost reached the top of the stall. The floors were also disgusting. One of the two sinks had a plastic trash bag over it with some nasty suspicious colored water peering through. Again the floors were sticky and disgusting. Wish I had a hazmat suit on cause now I feel like I have to disinfect my whole body and burn my shoes. The food was prepared fairly quick. However, my Big Mac had no flavor. My husband’s Big Mac was over salted. I had to ask for the drink cups and then for lids, straws and napkins. I’m never coming back here. Where’s the code inspector when you need them?

Seems like the owners were there, but I can say that the service was impeccable. Extremely well organized and clean for a McDonald’s, and speaking with the VIPS there they helped with an issue with my food with great care and enthusiasm. I will definitely return. Great work.

The Bad:
• Quality varies wildly by location

Where do you want me to start. I ordered a mcgriddle I received one cake not two. This happened twice. I went 2 weeks in a row and I received part of my sandwich egg sausage and one cake. Everyone was sweet received my food in a timely manner but not right. Then the bathroom
Tiolet paper holder on the floor no soap then the hand sanitizer by the door that was out as well. Parking lot dirty. Now this McDonald’s shares the building with a gas station so I don’t know who has the parking lot responsibility but it needs to be addressed. I was not happy considering this is a location right off the interstate so when people come from out of town this is what they see.
Disappointing.

I live exceptionally close to this location, but would save much more time, money, and mental well-being driving to Breaux Bridge or Louisiana Ave. Originally ordered via DoorDash, only got half of the order. Ordered the other missing half through app and went to pick it up, parked in Curbside Spot 2 and waited and waited and waited. Tried to go inside after 30 minutes and was rudely ignored when I tried to get staff’s attention. Tried to call restaurant phone, no answer. Tried to go through drive thru and it was about 12 cars deep. Tried to go back in app and cancel order and it wasn’t even an option and couldn’t see status of order so I’m thinking they gave my order to someone else or maybe just cleared it out. At this point it’s almost 2 hours past the time I ordered the DoorDash order they messed up, I left and went next door to Popeyes and got food literally in 3 minutes. And since I ordered in the app, food was already paid for and didn’t get a refund. TERRIBLE excuse for a restaurant run by very incompetent staff… and that’s not even talking about how filthy it is! If you are driving Eastbound, do yourself a favor and keep driving to Baton Rouge. If driving Westbound, drive to Breaux Bridge or Louisiana Ave. You can thank me later.

Placed my order on the kiosk, did not give a receipt. Waited and was pretty busy but could’ve had someone available at the counter. Food was nice and hot made to order. Heavy on the salt but was edible. Great work.

Took over 25 minutes to get 2 fries a chicken sandwich and a double cheese burger, there was trash everywhere. Not a single table was clean. The trash cans both inside and outside were full. There was debris everywhere and wet floor signs throughout the place. There was only 4 other people in here when we ordered and everyone was fed up with the workers. If you’re planning to stop here for food on your travels don’t.

One of their employees, Kayla was very rude and showed me much disrespect. She spit in my face while talkikg and kept rolling her eyes when i asked for napkins. She then handed me the wrong drink so i kindly asked her if i could just get the one i asked for, she said “ Bruh can’t you just be fine with what you got girl?” I said i guessed and then drove off. I then reach to get my straw for my drink, they were forgotten. Then i pulled back in to the window, i jad asked for straws and she threw attempted to throw them in my face, but missed and i had to get out and grabbed them, I had asked for more she said no.

Needs to be completely revamped. Took over 20 min to get 2 regular small hot coffees. Coffee was evidently old by the taste. Bathrooms were completely broken down and out of service. Needs a major revision and making this review for all the people that didn’t. Only one worker in this McDonald’s was actual working. Everyone else was in total sloth-mode. Needs to be shutdown or new management brought in. Prime reason I don’t give my money to business such as this but maybe once a year.
