This location let us down tonight, unfortunately. Our fries were only half full, somewhat cold/room temperature, our drinks were not correct nor were they even full, and both drinks had about 4 ice cubes combined. We politely asked for the correct drinks and were asked to pull around… With all the construction we weren’t even sure where we were being directed to, also, pull around the building to wait for a sprite? Come on McDonald’s. Both meals were just slightly okay, service was not up to par. Never have I been pulled around the building for a sprite that never even came, until now. Thanks for the mediocre experience 🙁 Disappointing considering this used to be the best one to go to late at night!

They renovated this location and it looks great, but it’s already went straight to some of the employees heads. Evidently having to handle cash instead of card requires the cashier to have an internal melt down and roll her eyes in the agony. That’s not much to complain about though. This disgrace of a Big Mac is the real problem. The tiny dab of Mac Sauce in there is like throwing pennies at the less fortunate.

Went for breakfast today and I asked for breakfast sauce on my sandwiches. They put BARELY ANY on them, like I mean it was the bare minimum. So I went and asked for a couple sides of it since they didn’t put much on them, I had to pay 1.10 for 2 tiny cups with ONLY THE BOTTOM FILLED IN THEM.

The customer service is rude from manager taking it on employees in front of me in drive through. To the food. I just threw away a daily double after just one bite cause all I tasted was salt. The look of the burger and the way it was wrapped and thrown in bag tells me eho cared about you. Guess the owners leaving made this place worse.

Went for breakfast and ordered breakfast sandwiches only to wait 20 mins after being told to drive around the building so a huge woman named Brittany could take the wrong sandwiches and forget about our order. Terrible service, the manager was screaming across the room for the missing sandwiches when she should just hire competent employees.

If you enjoy standing around like a forgotten french fry under the heat lamp, this is the place for you! Only two self-check kiosks — and naturally, one was broken (because why not make it a challenge?). After a thrilling 10-minute masterclass in “How to Pay with EBT While Managing Four Kids,” we gave up and shuffled over to the front register. There, we waited another 5 minutes, perfecting our statuesque poses, before someone remembered customers exist. We repeated our order twice — maybe three times? — but it still came out wrong. Honestly, by the 15-minute mark, we were so hungry we would’ve gladly gnawed on the receipt. Five stars for the authentic survival experience, one star for everything else.
