I asked him to drop my McCrispy fresh It was not dropped fresh. I also didn’t have any tomato on my sandwich which it comes with that. When I called And mention the problem that I have with my sandwich, the person on the phone had an attitude. They told me to bring the chicken sandwich back which I have already made it to my destination with a newborn baby. So I’m not able to bring it back. I would not be returning.

I ordered some food there and asked for a water they tried to charge me for tea. I understand times is hard but water has always been free ESPECIALLY if you’re ordering food. Then to charge it as tea seems illegal but to each its own. I was disappointed with this.

Depending on which shift, what manager, and a whole host of variables the food can be absolutely delish or the worst meal you ever wasted your money on. The redeeming quality is that management does respond to customers appropriately and they attempt to resolve in house. However, I will give this locale another chance and will update pics as needed.

Ordered a Big Mac- got half the sandwich. No one got their drinks either. Had to go ask for them, only for them to be wrong and then they just gave us cups to fill ourselves. The restaurant was clean tho.

I went into purchase an order #251 on 1/25/25 and I did not receive half of what I ordered I adjusted my kids meal order instead of the apple slices I added two extra fries to each order when I got home I opened it to see that that the two extra fries were not in the kids meals. Also the hot chocolate took for ever for me to receive and was cold when I checked it before leaving but as it took the 15 minutes to get me the cold chocolate drink I was preturbed and went home it wasn’t like they were understaffed that day they actually had to much staff and hardly anyone in the drive thru or inside the building it was 1:55pm.

McDonald’s yet again. Well it’s my goal as you all know to make McDonald’s great again. In fact to make them regain their number 1 status. Well I have finally found another one with not only great hot food but one with this very nice young lady named Thalia. With her fabulous customer service. Then a very clean unit. The back of the house you could not ask for a quieter place to eat . Mcdonalds should be proud.
