I actually like McDonald’s. I’m older now, but the filet-a-fish is a favorite on Fridays since we don’t eat meat (and not just during Lent) and I do like the double cheeseburger or chicken sandwich from the value menu. You get a second one for just $1 more if you use the app. Great for traveling. Just sign in look a little ways up the road and place your order when you’re about five minutes from the store. My wife usually jumps out to use the restroom and if we both need to go, we’ll, I park it and jump out too. Then we run thru the Drive Thru and we’re back on the road in five or six minutes. Nope, not a big believer in stopping too long. Just get the miles behind you and stop when you got to.
The fries are some of the best you can get and the Big Mac is my absolute favorite, though I try not to eat too many of either of thise items since I DO have type 2 diabetes. They also have the absolute best drink selection. I prefer Diet Dr. Pepper or sometimes that diet lemonade and they usually have both. Some places have like one choice for no sugar drinks. When you hit a McDonald’s with one of those fancy drink machines, you have a gazillion different flavors you can choose from.

I usually like this location but the last few times I have asked at the speaker for a certain drink and when I pull up to pick up window they give me something I don’t drink at all. Then I have to have a back and forth with the poor lady at pick up who isn’t at fault.

Great customer service with take service. Manager came to table and got my receipt then brought food to table after I was only waiting about 2-3 minutes. Dining room and play area was clean and comfortable. I will return to this restaurant next time I’m in Louisiana!

I don’t eat fast food often, but while on the road for a family get-together, we stopped here out of convenience. I grabbed a couple sandwiches through a deal on the app. Overall, the food quality was just okay.
While eating, I looked up how McDonald’s meat ranks compared to other fast food chains — and seeing it rated around 4.5 out of 10 made sense. I definitely felt it afterward. Might be 100% beef, but I walked away feeling sluggish and just… out of it.
If you’re someone who doesn’t usually eat fast food, you’ll probably notice the difference too. Sometimes convenience just isn’t worth how it leaves you feeling.

Odds are, if you get there between lunch and dinner, 40/60%, you won’t enjoy the soggy fries and dark, oily chicken tenders. It will definitely, make you regret you’re starving. Best word goes to the staff I am not going back.
