Food is okay, if you like waiting 10+ minutes along with several other cars for it. Also had multiple other cars get their food prior to receiving our food, even though we ordered first. I’ve been a customer of this McDonald’s for years, but in the last year the service has taken a drastic nosedive. Also, the customer service is subpar, the employees make you feel that your are inconveniencing them. I really wish I didn’t have to write this review. Hope the restaurant gets better.

Very bad experience. Can’t take a simple order, then they have an attitude with you because they get confused. The drive-thru cashier is then allowed to make a smart ass comment about you and your order in front of the manager which condoned this behavior. When you say thank you and have a good day they dont acknowledge you or respond, it’s usually a fed up face or a eye roll. Not a very friendly place.

After working 14 hrs I did not want to just order and go home I wanted to sit inside and decompress for a moment while eating my dinner. The food was great and well prepared, and I use the kiosk to order but the issue I have is your sign says order and we’ll bring it to your table not stand at the counter hollering out a table number for 5 min. When I jokingly said I thought you were supposed to bring it to our table I was told by a very nice lady that y’all are understaffed. I can also understand that but if that is the case then wouldn’t it have been quicker to bring the food to me instead of standing at the counter constantly screaming out a number that I couldn’t hear with my earbuds in. Either remove the sign or do better.

I had a female say out loud “don’t quit your day job” started doing door dash they don’t care it it was floor dash wait your turn..nobody wanna take your order they rather you go to the kiosk and give attitude with everyone no matter the order I understand the night crew or day crew hate there job but if you in donaldsonville and want mc donalds you minus well get prepared hear women that don’t work or go above there job everybody only worried bout there jobs when I go to this mcdonalds for door dash I hate it they just don’t care

I’m only leaving 3 stars because I don’t like the management or how they talk to their employees & then how the employees treat us or their customers. I do DoorDash here a lot. And the employee I’m about to brag on, which is why I’m leaving this review, gets 5 stars! His name is Terrill & he was working tonight 12/22/24. He is the ONLY employee that has ever been communicative with the customers and DoorDashers as they walk up to the counter. He acknowledges we’re here and continues to let us know he’s working on our order. He handles his business and makes sure we’re taken care of!
