We placed an order on 3/2/25 at 7:36p, we made it home and the family started digging in. It wasn’t until 10 minutes into our meal that my daughter was met with a weird foreign object. As she spit her fries out here come a finger nail flying across the table. A nasty tacky press on finger nail, a busted up finger nail you pick up at the dollar general.
Out of disgust, I spit my food up and immediately started gagging as we all had been digging into those fries. God knows what other weird foreign objects were mixed into the patties, the cheese, the bread. Of course, my immediate reaction was to return to the store and ask for a full refund.
I ask you all, would you be ok with this? Answer this truthfully. The majority would say no and demand the same.
As expected, I’m met with denial and ridicule, I’m gaslighted, I’m told no one lost a nail. Can’t possibly be us. Every nail is accounted for. I don’t care who lost it. The fact is someone lost it, first, second, or last – someone is missing a nail and knows it.
They wanted all the food back. Half the food, if not the better part of all the food, was eaten before my daughter hit the nail. I can’t give you back what was already ate, but asking for a full refund is justified as not one of you would be ok with the thought of you ingesting foreign objects.
My request was denied, and I’m given a fake corporate number, no help.
This establishment is a joke. Management is young. They don’t take their jobs seriously. I called corporate after being provided a fake number. I hope some resolution comes my way. A charge back is coming soon if my complaint lands on deaf ears.
I don’t recommend this place. It’s poorly run, and clearly, health cleanliness is last on the radar.
Management call me up, reach out, make this right.
Like DID THEY NOT COUNT?
After having people wait for decades for service. To not even give them the correct meal is beyond inconsiderate. I can not make this up!
