I never even got the chance to order anything so I can’t speak for the food. But I sat and waited in the drive-through for a long time before finally pulling off. There were no other cars in front of me or waiting.

Was in drive-thru and came up to the first window. Girl was polite and very nice and fast. Got to the second window to pickup the order and the guy just threw me my order out the window plus the lid wasn’t on my drink securely so it split. He could have done a lot better than he did.

Used the drive thru lady taking order was very nice however the person (female) gave us our food was AWFUL! Very rude gave me wrong size drink and not the right food slammed window in my face! Never would I go there again!

Dont ever have anything special they advertise I order online and 4 out of 5 times I end up getting my money back they never have the frappes they never have the donuts apple fritters etc. Even though knowone is in line it’s takes forever to take your order, complaining is useless because the complaints never go anywhere even if you contact corporate. Only good thing about this place is that they are so slow most times you can get fresh French fries.

It’s McDonald’s, not much to expect…but these people aren’t the brightest or most professional. They give you what you pay for, the bare minimum. It’s cheap and it’s convenient. Just don’t expect excellent service. Especially in the morning.

This McDonalds has horrible service. The wait is too long to day there’s no customers allowed inside. 0 to 2 cars in the drive-thru should not have to wait 8 or more minutes for an order and sometimes they’ll have you wait in line and when you get to the service window, give you your drink..or not..and ask you to pull to the front and they’ll bring it out, even when there’s no special order. I’m not sure if or how many times management or ownership has changed but service is declining seriously. The neighborhood likes that it’s there in the area but service from them is disappointing more times than not.
