Got in line at 6 didn’t get our food until 6:40. Pulled up to pay and the lady didn’t say anything. Payed for our food and waited for what felt like forever to pull up. When we got to the window all the employees were sitting and talking, even laughing. It was aggravating because what are you doing to where a fast food line takes 30 mins but you have time to fool around. The guy shoves the bag of food out the window and doesn’t say a word. He then proceeds to hand us our drinks. They were half full and had NO ICE. Me and my bf were so confused because NO ONE mentioned they had no ice. Not the lady who took our order. Not the lady who took our money. No one. As soon as he finished handing us our half filled drinks he says “oh, we should start putting ice in the drinks”. Excuse me? The large fries were also halfway filled and cold. As someone who worked in food and retail i know it gets rough dealing with costumers. However this has got to be the laziest workers ever.

Received cold nuggets, Luke warm fries, and an Arnold Palmer (tea & lemonade mixed). I saw the sweet tea was lighter than normal, therefore, I asked the employee was it sweet tea. He emphatically said yes and closed the window. This could have turned out badly. I suggest you revisit customer service values.. The next customer may come through the window on one of your employees…

Service is horrible! We don’t come often for this reason! We waited in line 23 minutes before pulling up enough to pay. Worker was rude. My husband told her thanks and she just closed the window without saying anything. Waited another 12 mins to get our food at the next window.

Slowest fast food I’ve ever received. Placed the order ahead of time on the mobile app to save some time (or so I thought) pulled up at the agreed upon time, proceeded to wait at the second window for another hour. Even after all the waiting, my order was wrong. This place is awful, save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Have to use these kiosk but you can’t add certain things so you still have to go to the cashier for them to do it. (Couldn’t add a muffin in place of a bagel on the steak breakfast combo) Nice place, clean business.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. First off they have the door locked and the only way in is if a customer that’s inside opens the door for you. Second it is so Hot inside, don’t seem like the AC is even working. Third it’s filthy, looks like the tables haven’t been wiped off or cleaned in a while. Horrible and needs to be addressed.

It doesn’t matter what time of day I go to this location. Lines are never moving and half the time the staff is rude. The cashier in the first window is typically the only pleasant experience in the entire establishment. Orders are rarely correct… I don’t know what it is about this place’s phobia of onions, but I started ordering extra to attempt at getting any and still…. none. That’s really not even the problem here. I would be a lot less bothered at this if it didn’t take 30+ minutes to get through the line just to be handed food that’s not hot, rarely correct, and basically shoved in my face with not even a slight smile. Do better.

Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited, and that’s saying something. I’ve been to McDonald’s in several countries, but this one takes the crown for pure incompetence.
The place was completely empty, yet it still took 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I made eye contact, said hello to multiple staff, and got nothing. They stood around like I was invisible.
When someone finally bothered to speak, it was with the most robotic and dismissive ‘Can I help you?’ I’ve ever heard. No apology, no sense of urgency, no basic customer service.
Then came the food, shoved into half-open bags with no napkins, no straws, and no cup holders. It looked like they couldn’t even be bothered to finish the job.
If you enjoy being ignored and treated like a nuisance, this McDonald’s might be your thing. For anyone else, it’s a complete disgrace.
