I understand training new people, getting rushed, and understaffing. Clearly none of these were the case. Employees were moping around while wearing pajamas, pure laziness.
Worst $14 small orange juice I’ve ever purchased.
You get 1 star on the food rating because it’s the minimum. (Never received any food to be truthful.)
Their drive-through sign is damaged. Service took 40 minutes before they even acknowledged we were in the drive-through lane. It then took another 10-15 minutes to deliver a partial, incorrect order: they missed my tea and the Daily Double I received was a sloppy, lukewarm mess. The employee working the window was snotty about it, acting as though we were inconveniencing him.
Also I still got charged for that tea.
No one offered an explanation for the entire forty-minute wait, despite three employees being visible. Three separate cars drove off during this time. Someone new needs to manage this franchise; this is awful for what used to be a decent McDonald’s. I can only imagine how much business they are losing, potentially driving customers to the overnight staff at other local places because the service is this consistently bad.
I don’t like writing bad reviews, but people need to know this place is actively aiming for bad service. There is no excuse, and this isn’t the first time I’ve run into this behavior. Go anywhere else. If you need McDonald’s that badly, drive 50 minutes in any direction to get better service.
Not a regular customer at McDonald’s by any means and visits like this one are the reason why.
I walked into the middle of a conversation with some foul mouth crew who then turned around and took my my order.
They got my order wrong. I took it back up to the counter, pointed that out the mistake and went and sat back down. When I got it back, they had obviously
simply disassembled my burgers, which are already getting cool, brought them back to me with the corrections made but like I said, even cooler by this time.
Terrible job folks, do better.
The employee simply chuckled and said, “I question our sundaes too.”
Hmmm… I’ll drive on by next time I guess!
