This place was busy!!! Crazy long line for the drive thru but they were pretty fast getting everyone through! The lady helping me was so patient with my large order! I also got the mcdoubles and double cheeseburgers mixed up and she had to redo! I felt bad because it took sometime to change the order since there was such a long line! Then the next window the gentleman greeted me with a smile! Food was hot and fresh!! It was nice to go to a McDonald’s with amazing service!!!

Ordered a 5 dollar meal for dinner with 2 pies absolutely disgusting bun was wet greasy normally aren’t soggy nasty cold mcdouble nuggets not edible felt like biting dry leather no crunch at all cold fries cold soggy only thing edible was the pies then they get a attitude saying screen said small fry not medium uncharge which obviously they read wrong screen no surprise lol its McDonald’s need a 3rd window to fix your order also why does it cost more at 2nd and south locust McDonald’s for the same exact meal almost 50 cents more what we gotta pay for your new building that’s gonna be gross inside soon like 2nd street especially here’s proof they tried shorting me small fry huh? This McDonald’s is always BUSY AS HELL. But that don’t bother me. I’ve been here several times and ya’ll, this McDonalds is the best GI has to offer. I have NEVER been disappointed. It doesn’t matter that I ask for 15 alterations on my order.
“Light lettuce, extra mac sauce, extra pickle, extra cheese… I’ll pay.”
They say “okay.” And DO IT.
That’s the IMPORTANT PART. THEY DO IT!!!!! They follow the alterations.
I’ve been to McDonalds across the country and state, and even though this one is ALWAYS slammed, my order is ALWAYS right. And not only that, it’s most importantly ALWAYS HOT and FRESH.
The longest I’ve sat in line at this McDonald’s is 30 minutes (and that’s okay, bc I pull up and the line is OUT THE LOT). Idc, their service means I don’t have to cook. Even after waiting in a long line and a 30 minute drive home, the food is BANGIN’.
Everyone at this location deserves a raise and praise. God bless McDonald’s on State street. Ya’ll are SLAMMED every time I go there, and I KNOW full well ya’ll ain’t gettin’ the dues you deserve.

Orders are constantly wrong or they forget items then have an attitude when I’m still waiting at the window for my missing items. When they have me pull to a waiting spot from the drive through, I have to go inside to get my order fixed…so not worth the long wait + getting orders wrong.

Normally, I dont dislike this location, but this last visit for me was disappointing. As someone who uses the mobile app a lot, this one visit where I didnt, and spent $50 in cash, I was hoping to get my receipt and redeem it for my app points. However, when I got home, there was no receipt! So now, either they just didnt give it to me, or they are taking them. Either way, not cool.

Hey ice cream machine isn’t broke but I asked and paid for extra hot fudge sauce and caramel. Great way to make me feel the similar nostalgic pleasant experience of opening a bag of Lays consumed by air. Very much disappointed.

I asked for no lettuce extra mayo and they put no mayo so we went back and they gave us lettuce on it when I asked for none.this is the worst service I have gotten for just a simple order. Get a better crew or get them in line. I WANT MY MCHICKEN WITH JUST EXTRA MAYO. Simple as that

Not one to leave a bad review but I find it absolutely ridiculous that i’m parked every single time. Every car in front of me is parked as well mind you I usually order 2 simple items like a cheeseburger and a mcchicken nothing else. I don’t even blame the employees I know how much they drill drive times down your throat. Seriously this store needs to learn when it’s actually appropriate to park people. Big orders, Items like the quarter pounder that are made fresh even maybe when waiting on fries that’s understandable. Parking every single car is ridiculous and makes me actually never want to come back it’s not fair for the employees who have to walk out every order and it’s not fair for the customers who have to wait longer than they would if they just stayed in the drive thru because their order gets more pushed back then having to wait for someone to bring it out it’s just ridiculous not to mention how terrible it is in that parking lot with employees constantly walking back and fourth. Stop taking advantage of your ability to park customers and use it when it’s actually necessary.
