It clearly states your dinner menu is available from 5-9:30pm, however was told the ice cream machine was down. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. I know cleaning the machine is a long task, but false advertising your hours is not going to get return customers. Do better.

They got my order right… Don’t waste your money with the wraps though, there’s no chicken in the bottom 2 inches. I also had to ask for the key to use the restroom. I get it, but damn.

The absolute worst service I have ever received in my life. The person taking the order had a very difficult time understanding what I was ordering and I had to repeat myself many times. When we arrived at the window, I had ordered two cheeseburger meal two double cheeseburgers, and a happy meal. We got handed one bag and then I sat there waiting for my happy meal and the one guy that was waiting on us said he already gave it to us. When I said, I did not receive the happy meal and we went through the food and the bag we were missing one cheeseburger and happy meal. The man that was waiting on me demanded I give him the cheeseburger that I was eating and he was gonna throw it away. I said no this is my cheeseburger. I just need one more cheeseburger and a happy meal. Then the manager came over and demanded that I gave her the cheeseburger that I had in my hand that I was eating. They should all be fired. Clearly, very incompetent.

Definitely took longer then expected in the drive threw. Waited 25mins after pulling up. While there was only 3 cars infront of us. Get to the ordering screen an we were asked what we would like,well the screen was still on the previous order infront of us. She then asked again 3 more times with about , 3mins breaks in between each time askin what we would like but still on the same screen.(another 9mins or so) Finally got to order after saying the online ording app was unavailable. So Pulled around after ordering and the same 3 cars are still there. Another 20 mins waited to get our food. It was just ridiculous. I have been to many FAST Food changes and the one in south sioux city has far to be the slowest.

My child has been ill and needed to use the restroom… Doors are locked… understandable… stood at the front counter while the lady helped two customers in front of me and then walked away while I stood there with my child holding his potty. My child Had an accident and not one person offered to help. All the kids in the back just stood and stared. Pathetic customer service from pathetic employees.

The employees are very rude. They have no problems serving you hashbrowns that are harder than hockey pucks I ordered round eggs they served me folded eggs, but I was charged $2.39 extra for a round egg when I called she let the manager on duty know she argued with me telling me my food was right which means that I’m supposed to be served a hash brown that is not edible right or the wrong kind of egg Horrible customer service most of them do not speak English to even get any help if you want a good McDonald’s experience I recommend you do not go here

I was the only occupant when I ordered. The counter didn’t look like it had been wiped down all day. All the tables were filthy. So I took my meal to go. When I got back to my hotel I found out my bread was as hard as a rock. I won’t go back

I keep kosher, but we had walked from Iowa to Nebraska, with my big sis and nephew. They had kosher sports drinks. I don’t normally walk into a non-Kosher restaurant, but it was the only spot, AND THEY HAD KOSHER ELECTROLYTES!
