It’s a fine mcdonalds. Not the best not the worst. I appreciated that the food was fresh but i felt rushed by the service. Still, would come back here eventually because the area is nice. Thank you to everyone who works there!

I’m tired of going to this location, but ordering through app and finding my order is incorrect or missing items. Sad that they get paid what they make now and can’t even get order correct. Noticed McChicken sandwich missing before leaving and got it however when I got home found that I didn’t have my BigArch burger. Sad sad. Have to wait to long for mobile app orders anyways and then they get order wrong.

Normally I am the last person to complain in ANY kind of fast food because i’ve been upper management at a fast food restaurant before. I want to say i normally LOVE this location. I was very very disappointed when i came in tonight.i ordered 6 double cheeseburgers 4 plain 2 only mustard, well all of them were plain and my mom wasnt too happy for one. But I was parked tonight and i figured itd all be fresh after waiting about 5-10 minutes and sadly it wasnt. then i got a medium fry for free on the app for my pregnant fiancée and it was LITERALLY less then half full! So now i have a pregnant woman whos hormonal and pissy and now i have to deal with her being mad for the rest of the night because all day she wanted french fries from you guys. I worked 13 and a half hours today and she doesnt drive so this one trip was pretty much all i had before you guys closed at 11.. I hope whenever i come back next the product quality and portion sizes are better.

I placed my order while sitting in the curbside spot, so when the order was placed I was literally sitting in the correct spot. I marked I was here and put in my spot number right away. I sat there for 20 minutes before going inside the store to see what was taking so long it’s supposed to be fast food. When I got in there they claimed someone went out there and nobody was out there. Which was a complete lie! Then they said they would bring it out. My food is cold. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a horrible experience at this location one time I called corporate while in line for the way the manager was yelling at the Hispanic worker in front of everyone.

We always look forward to the McRib and we were so disappointed. Regardless of what people say about them, we love the nostalgia. They were lukewarm at best, mushy and the bun was different, perhaps old which is weird since the sandwich was just released. Sad day!

I absolutely love when you use their order online app, then they mess your order up! Then they make you sit in a parking spot for over 20 minutes to only still have your order completely wrong and make you sit another 10 minutes to get your order only to also forget more stuff you ordered. Terrible Terrible service. Go anywhere else.

This place is always so busy and the wait times are really long in the drive thru as well as waiting inside. I was standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes to grab a coffee and there was no one to get my order. I had to call the location to get someone to come up front cause they were all servicing the drive thru. The manager did get my coffee quickly after. I do like the decorations and look of the place inside.

Continue to get bad service here. Cant fill my cup up… no napkins . I am calling corporate about a few mcdonalds in the area. Not customer service this happens all the time.. something new. The lady that owns the 132nd maple already went to this location about issues. Im putting all the locations on blast on facebook and social media

The manager that was on duty did not care at all. I waited at the window for 5 minutes and then asked to park in stall 2 because they were waiting on meat. I ordered 2 mcchickens, 1 mcdouble, 2 fries, 2 drinks. I paid for my order at 5:53. By 6:07 I still had not received my order. Other orders were parked and brought out. I go to the window and an employee is telling the manager I am missing my food. The employee says “sorry they gave it to the wrong person” the manager only asks what i had. I tell her she says ok and leaves me stand at the window foe 5 more minutes not to return. I have to go inside now. I ask if my order is ready she says no and turns around putting her back to me. I tell her I want my money back and she says she can’t give it to me without my receipt, she could have just went and printed off a new one. She then tells me she was just trying to make my food fresh and hot. When I had been waiting over double the time it takes to make any of that food fresh!!! When I explained that she only said ok. There was only one car in front of me when I got online. She then explained she had to take my card to the back to do the refund. This manager is rude and has no customer service skills!! I was a manager at McDonald’s for 3 years. She should not be a manager. I am fully aware the customer is not always right but when you and your employees make mistakes and do nothing to fix it and have no sense of urgency, you are the problem!!
