The morning staff are awesome. I hate going around 2 or 3pm. I always have to wait extremely long for my food. IVE BEEN WAITING FOR 15 MIN for a 5 dollar meal. One time I asked for fresh cookies, and they were cold after waiting 10 minutes for them. I overheard the manager say, “just put them in the microwave.” Every time my daughter wants McDonald’s from here, I immediately get frustrated because I already know it’s going to be a terrible experience in the afternoon. ALWAYS A DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE SERVICE.

Had issues ordering carry-out from the app for weeks, finally got bored enough to call the local restaurant about it and the manager actually took me seriously, said they definitely are taking app orders and when I walked in and showed him my phone which clearly showed that an error stating “this store is not accepting deals” (which applied to any order), he actually gave me a free meal and ensured it was properly reported.
Props to that guy and I appreciate the free food and coffee! Hopefully they get that fixed.

I had to wait for an iced coffee for over 10 mins with alot of warm bodies and a MANAGER present, doing nothing.
Might I also add no customers inside their drive thru is steady but not to the point where I was purposely ignored. And as soon as i thought about doing the review, my order surprisely ready lol

Even with their drive thru speaker down, they got us out quickly. The lady taking our order was not overly excited but took our order quickly and made sure everything was correct. Once we ordered, It only took a couple minutes to get everything and get out. The fries were hot and fresh. My only gripe is that they are under portioning.

The food wasn’t terrible although it was messily put together, but no drinking fountain is a no go for me in the future. It was impossible to get a replacement drink and they gave us the wrong drink twice because they weren’t listening. There was also no paper in the printer and we needed a receipt and it took them over 5 minutes just to give us a receipt and I kept asking why we needed one and we’re being very rude. As much as they charge, it is not worth it, go somewhere else.

The fries are always undercooked. Normally it can be hit and miss with a McDonald’s but I live next to this place and it’s literally always a mess. They’re always rushing through some kind of emergency no matter how busy they are and don’t seem to have time to actually give any attention to quality.

They have a hard time getting orders right. Especially if you customize something like no onions. They are always the first to run out of promotional items, McRib or Monopoly. The only reason we go this one at all is location. I will drive further to go to drive further to go to a different one.

Absolute worst service ever. Didn’t put our 20 piece nugget on the order. Pulled back around and the person at the speaker told us to go to the second window. We get to the second window, and the person refused to serve us and told us to pull back around?? Even after explaining the situation he still refused to serve us. This happened around 11:30-11:45pm on Friday 10/17/25.
